I eat here at least 1 time a week. My food is always good. My bread was not very fresh the other day. It was kinda dry and hard but obviously I still ate it with out complaint. I was hungry. And I love my fat sandwich so 5 stars it is.

I placed a pickup order online and it was confirmed. I kept checking to see, if it was ready for pickup. Finally after 20 min, I went through the drive thru and asked if there was an ETA on the order. The gentleman that answered was short and snippy when he asked for my name. Then proceeds to say “yeah, it’s done pull to the window.” Online ordering shouldn’t be an option, if it’s not going to be updated. I wasted time waiting, when it was probably already sitting there ready.

Very horrible service . We ordered an club lulu unwhich. My wife selected this from online menu. I brought it home and it was made wrong. She called back and the manager Chloe Brock agreed to have one delivered. An hour later still no food. So we called back the manager said it was delivered and was just left outside our door on the ground. No knock on the door just left the food on the ground. Well i go to the door and there’s no food and my wife is still on the phone with her. Manager agreed for credit but I doubt if will ever use it.

It’s not bad. Basically what one would expect of a sandwich store chain. Prompt service. Fair food. Slightly higher prices than I’d prefer to pay for the product, but that’s normal for this chain. Restaurant was remarkably clean when I visited.

Do NOT recommend for catering. Very disappointed with the service provided for a large catering order for boxed lunches. I provided orders for 65 people to the manager 2 weeks in advance. Upon pick up, we were given sandwiches only; no other components of the boxed lunches were prepared. On the day of pickup, we provided a tax exempt form for the business and later saw were charged tax. I talked with two different managers about the problems and never received a response from either of them. One of the managers also promised promotional items for staff giveaway and never fulfilled that promise.
