I have had PapaJohns at other locations around the country and thought it was okay but this location is the worst. Service was good but the pizza was awful. I just a plain cheese and the dough was dry and uneven. One side slightly thicker than other. Not much sauce and cheese. It tasted awful. Even though it might of been the person we prepared it did a bad job it turned me off from going back. There are so many other pizza choices out there and PapaJohn is not one of them.

Went to pick up my pizza and I was grossed out because the girl that was making the crust came over to touch the keyboard and the card thing and her clothes and went straight back to touching pizza without washing her hands. I’m sorry but her appearance wasn’t the greatest.This was after waiting for her to finish her conversation with her co worker to come greet us. Also my pizza was supposed to be ready I waited for the latest estimated time. There were also 4 door dash people waiting for a while. I have worked in the food industry for many years and they could have all done better. Pizza tasted good though.

I am so disappointed. We live near Tampa and we always order Papa Johns. And it is always hot and good. We ordered from the Vero Beach one and it not only took an hour and a half to get here, the cheese pizza for my 12 yr old son looked like the attached picture. Cheese all stuck to the top and cold. Shame on you PJ. Horrible.

We were stuck at a truckstop late at night and ordered Papa John’s. It was the only place open. And I’m surprised to see some negative reviews, but The pizza came quickly and was hot and fresh. We haven’t had Papa John’s in a very long time, And surprisingly, it was very good. Keep up the good work

Been ordering from this location for about 5 years. It has gone downhill drastically. These were supposed to be medium size. They are small. The crust was like rubber and inedible. Not much sauce like it used to be. They were room temp at best. I’ve given 3 more times, this being the third. Done.

We order from this store all the time and NEVER. Have an issue .. they are hard workers and attentive .. when you call they are busy like any pizza joint so we order online but the times I have had issues with my order me putting for pick up and is delivery they take care of me right away no attitude and always trying to help..

OK, this doesn’t happen often. I don’t do reviews even though I probably should. The food was Papa John’s, There’s nothing special to right home about it other than the fact that neither me nor my wife felt like cooking tonight.
Here’s what stood out… The staff at this Papa Johns was absolutely fantastic. They were happy to be there. They were smiling. They were laughing joking around with each other. It seemed like a very happy work environment and it’s Friday night. They’re cranking out pizzas left, and right clearly the stress level is probably pretty high, but everybody seem to be having a good time and still time to speak with the customers. I worked at Marriott for close to a decade if Marriott ever needs to recruit new people, do it from this Papa Johns hospitality…. off the charts.
