I placed an order at 1:13 PM today for delivery. When my order was ready in the app tracking, I received a text saying that my order was going to be place through UberEats. I’ve had issues ordering from restaurants that use third party apps as their method of delivery. I decided to give the store/resteraunt a call, the delivery driver on shift answered and I let him know that my order was placed through UberEats and I’d rather wait for a Jimmy John’s delivery driver just so there’s no issues. He went ahead and placed me on hold, when he came back he said he would be on the way with my order! I was so happy and he got there freaky fast 🙂
I think his name was Sean or Shawn but yeah he’s awesome and nothing was missing everything just 100/10! Will definitely always place delivery orders through this location!

This used to be my favorite sandwich shop close to home. The last couple of times I have come here to eat the girl at the cash register has a huge unapologetic attitude even the person behind me noticed it this time, so I decided to leave a review and start visiting other sandwich shops. This location doesn’t seem like it wants my business anyway.

We came here in between games (it’s a 5 minute drive from Grand Park) and didn’t have a great experience. They used a table as storage and when we asked to move the boxes since there were no more tables we were told that they didn’t have the space. I also witnessed first hand the girl that was cutting meat put the freshly sliced meat in the filthy ground. She picked it up once she realized that I had seen what she had done. 0/10 don’t recommend this place.

My sandwich was literally empty…. Sad. Emailed corporate and they passed the buck and said I’ll contact the store directly….
If you eat at this wheeler location, you may want to order 2x the food as you will not be full

Terrible location. Terrible management. Always have a negative experience here. Literally just a hang out spot for teenagers. Sat in the drive thru for about 20 min and never greeted. Pulled around and three employees just hanging out in the window with the headset on. Literally about 10-13 employees in here and not greeted in the drive thru. Who is the manager here? I don’t know why I keep trying to come back. Literally writing this as I wait for my food inside. Hopefully it’s good.

Drive-through experience. No words were spoken by the person that took our card and gave us our drink and bag of food. Totally expressionless young man’s face… it was the weirdest thing uncomfortable. When he first came to the window to take my card, I said hi and notta. Long line and drive-through. So guessing they are understaffed.

Ordered a combo with a large drink. Should’ve ordered a medium because that’s the amount of soda I got anyways. A team member made this drink, saw how low it was filled, didn’t care, and put the lid on anyways. Freaky fast service shouldn’t mean bad service.

If you go to this location, do not expect “freaky fast” service. Additionally, if you ask for variations on your sandwich you will not get it. I ask for hot peppers on my sandwiches. Every time I yield a result similar to the picture. I have asked in varying ways but they don’t seem to understand. For a sandwich that comes with hot peppers and the additional request for extra (not noted on the receipt for some reason after explicitly requesting) this is inadequate.

Store was horribly slow and understaffed. I will specifically not be coming here until the franchise owners either pay their employees more or hire more staff.

Sunday night, Hudson was the order taker name on the ticket. He was alone in the store when I went in. He acted like I bothered him. Never said hello, may I help you, not even what do you want? Just walked up to the register and stood there. I ordered two sandwiches, one with added cheese. He charged me for it but didn’t put it on the sandwich. I paid in cash and he tossed my two dimes in change on the counter just under my hand that I was holding out. He prepared the sandwiches, dropped them beside the register and walked away. Not so much as here you go, food’s ready, enjoy your meal, just walked away. I hope my other sandwich is a better meal tomorrow at lunch than the one I paid for cheese on and had to add myself when I got home. I think the young man should seek other employment.
