Edit August2023: I jumped the gun on my initial review. We order delivery almost every other week. Tired of nothing being correct, not sure the point of editing anything in the app. I’ve changed the delivery note 3 times now to ask people not to ring the doorbell, my baby is always sleeping. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried wording it and idk the 6th time it’s gotten rung out of 9? The last one was just the final straw when I could hear the delivery person coming down our street with their subwoofers, rang the doorbell, and drove off so fast I had to apologize to the neighbors that a car left our house driving so fast.

So, here’s the deal. I ordered a Large Gargantuan without Mayo today and asked for it to be cut in half. I recieved it without being cut in half. There were other customers that didn’t recieve their orders correct also. This is totally unacceptable and there has to be some accountability.

Jimmy would not be pleased with this establishment. Every table is filthy. Over-flowing trash cans and a dirty floors inside the kitchen and in dining area. Will not be returning.

Food is good, the same as any location. However, I have ordered delivery multiple times and never received my food in less than 40 minutes. The last 2 times were over an hour for delivery time. The farthest opposite of Freaky Fast.

Have been to this one give or take a half dozen times in the past year and except for one of those times my orders have never been correct. Most of the time it’s my sandwich being completely messed up but other times they forget to give you everything you’ve ordered. I’d recommend taking a drive to Jersey Mike’s in Carmel.

If you go to this location, do not expect “freaky fast” service. Additionally, if you ask for variations on your sandwich you will not get it. I ask for hot peppers on my sandwiches. Every time I yield a result similar to the picture. I have asked in varying ways but they don’t seem to understand. For a sandwich that comes with hot peppers and the additional request for extra (not noted on the receipt for some reason after explicitly requesting) this is inadequate.

Could have been a better visit I feel! The boys didn’t really speak loud enough to be heard while Taking your order, or calling out your order. They were more into chatting with each other! They weren’t rude, but they just didn’t seem excited about their jobs!

Awful! Called 20 minutes after placing order just to get an update, as there was no estimated delivery time given. Order was placed for my son, who was at school for his sporting event. He only had one hour to eat prior to practicing. I told the employee on the other end that I’m calling to check on the status of my son’s order. He replied with “We’re working on it.” I asked if he can provide an estimated delivery time and he repeated “We’re working on it.” I informed him that my son is waiting on the order at school, so I would like to know if he is able to receive it prior to his event. In an impolite tone, the employee stated “You just placed your order 20 minutes ago!” I asked why would an employee speak that way and proceeded to ask if he is a manager. He sighed and stated that he is a manager. I expressed my disproval for that kind of treatment, and asked for his name. While I was talking, he kept yelling something about his driver. I told him that he should be ashamed of himself for talking like that and demanded my order to be cancelled while continuing to ask for his name. He yelled, which was somewhat indiscernible, “My name is Hudson ________ Ricola and tell corporate that I said hello!” He then abruptly disconnected the call. I didn’t even tell him at that time that I was calling corporate. I called back and an employee by the name of Brendan answered the phone. I told Brendan that I need to make certain that my order is cancelled. He assured me that he would cancel the order and apologized for my experience. Brendan sounded like a young teenager and had much more respect, maturity and professionalism than his own alleged manager. Why should he be led by someone unable to control his temper? From the beginning of the call, it seemed as if “Hudson” was in attack mode. He was defensive and combative the entire time. I didn’t even talk as if I was bothered by the time, just simply asked if I can get an estimate. 10-15 minutes? 30 minutes? 2 hours? How am I supposed to know? If Hudson feels that confident about yelling at customers and being blatantly disrespectful with no concern for consequences, then this must be the created culture there. I did speak with corporate. The female apologized and stated that she would submit it to the owner of the franchise. Marked Jimmy John’s off of my list. I will not be subjected to such behavior. Freaky slow and freaky rude.
