This location needs a major overhaul. The generic replies are simply lip service. I ordered for pick up online and scheduled the pickup for 11:15-11:30. I got to the restaurant at 11:10 and the sandwich was sitting randomly on a counter. No pickup rack, no signage. Just a random sandwich on the counter. I knew they skimped when I picked it up but when I got home and saw 1 slice of ham on the Cuban that confirmed what I thought. There’s a reason this place is dead most of the time.

Used to love this JJ, but they’ve started using Uber for deliveries, so it takes about 45 minutes to get your order. Wish they would use Door dash instead because there are always DD drivers nearby, but not nearly as many Uber drivers in the area. Now the vinegar and oil just soaks the bread after sitting at the store for 30 minutes waiting on the Uber driver. I guess freaky fast is no more.

Went here for dinner , got to the first bite of the sandwich and bit into a staple called the store and was told at first yeah I can see that we staple the bags then i proceeded to tell them I bit down into it in my sandwich and was called a liar and said I had no proof when all I was doing was making them aware of the situation so it can be prevented from happening to others !!!

I ordered a gargantuan with peppers on it and an extra side of peppers. I was charged for both. This is the second time they have done this to me. Wish employees would actually read the tickets instead of rushing through it.

I was really disappointed with my last experience with jimmy John’s. I had a sandwich and fountain drink delivered and when the drink arrived, there was an open straw already inserted into the cup…
I called the store to ask if this was typical with delivery and I was told “ sometimes they do.” I was extremely disgusted and did not drink what I paid for because I was unsure if someone had drank out my cup before me. All I was offered was a 3 dollar credit that I don’t think he was originally going to offer since he didn’t seem the slightest bit concerned… Absolutely do not recommend delivering from there.

One order showed up over an hour late and delivered via DoorDash is cold and smelled like the driver. The second order was over an hour late again and when I called the driver said he handed it to the guy in the front lobby. I said no you didn’t because I was standing in the front lobby over an hour. He doubled down and said he delivered it. Avoid this location at all costs
