I order a lot from this JJ’S, especially delivery. They have missed things in my order at least 4 times but more often than not something is missing. Usually they appoligise profuse then bring what was forgotten. Today I called and told them whst was missing, again, and also said I would be sending in a complaint regarding this problem. The manager said “Well I will just call you and appoligise again”. I explained that I did not want any more apologies, just for them to get the orders correct. I was told “Fine, don’t order from us anymore”. They did not send the item that was missed. So not only did i not get my full order,, but they owe me for what was not delivered. They have lost a customer, at least at that location! I wonder what corporate would say about their “child” managers turning away customers! BAD FORM JJS!

Music so loud cant hear the 12 yr old manager at the register. Sandwiches weren’t made right. Bread is so tough you cant bite it. Our 1st time trying JJ’s and our last. Called back to mgr and she is useless. Couldnt remember us from 7 min…bought sandwiches and went home. She rang us out! Wont give any refund…wont do anything. DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS FRANCHISE AND THIS LOCATION

Ordered a DOUBLE meat roast beef sub that came with absolutely NO MEAT ON IT. That’s all I have to say about that… Offered to send a new one & it took an hour to receive. I had to call the Store back to inquire where my food was because I thought they forgot to re-make it. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude when I asked where my order was and stated “Yeah we don’t keep track of the delivery driver, he will get it there when it gets there” so I requested to speak to the Manager and he said the exact same thing. No apology or understanding that my lunch break was now over and I had to wait an hour after my lunch for my food. This location needs better management and staff or shut it down. Horrible first experience, from the reviews it seems like it’s the normal here sadly!

I just came from Jimmy John’s. It was our first time going and will be out last. I ask about several subs and received no help except I did get some rolled eyes from the little girl taking my order. The guy who made the subs offered little assistance and the one standing behind them offered absolutely none except their browsing on their phone. I received my subs threw up on counter no bag no thank you nothing. Do something with your help. Teach them the value of customer service.

Myself and some coworkers opted for Jimmy Johns for lunch. The cashier/person taking our order was rude. Card machine was having issues and instead of being helpful he stood behind the counter saying nothing and making it obvious that he was annoyed by my presence. When the sandwiches were made the person making them tossed them on the counter. We had go bag our food ourselves (even though we ordered it to go). After leaving the store, we discovered that one of the sandwiches had NO meat on it. However it did contain plastic wrap and a hair. When we called they didn’t apologize but said that we could come get a new sandwich but our lunch break was over by this time and we were unable to do this. They offered no other solution. If I could give zero stars, I would. The experience was terrible the whole way around. We work in an office building with 200 or more employees and many of us frequent this location…don’t worry, we won’t be “BOTHERING” the employees there any longer. You can keep your plastic wrap and hair sandwiches & give your attitude to other hungry working people that are just trying to get their lunch.

We order about 60-100 dollars worth of food from here maybe 1-2 times a month sometimes more. The last I’d say 3 times they’ve messed up our orders, didn’t give us the extras we’ve added, missing food. We call the last time and ask for a manager trying to explain what was wrong and we dealt with the worst so called manager of any store or experience I’ve had yet. He dogged my girlfriend repeatedly argued with her saying how the food wasn’t wrong even when we said we can give him the sand which back we just wanted it made right and then he hung up and tried to tell us there was no corporate.
