First time visiting. Loved the bread they used to put the subs on, but wished I knew that they didn’t put any condiments on the sub or offer any when not asked for any. It was very dry.

Do not order delivery from this place unless you are not hungry. Twice now myself or other people from my office have ordered from here and had to wait over an hour for delivery. We are less than 7 minutes from the store. I was fine paying for the convenience when I got my food. Today I spent an extra 6 bucks (fee + tip) to get my food with 3 minutes left in my lunch hour. Not convenient and not fast.

If i could give this establishment 0 stars i would. Saturday afternoon for lunch and there are only 2 employees working. Took 8 minutes to even be waited on. Freaky fast is a true lie. I ordered my meals and that did not even get pulled for another 15 minutes. As the line of vehicles in the drive thru accumulated and the customers walking in, the frustration built up with customers and staff alike. This place is seriously undermanned and needs help. After 29 minutes of waiting for my order which was only 4 sandwiches and chips I took my order home and was less than satisfied. Will not return to this location.

Took 25 minutes to get two subs at the drive through. When we told the employee that was a long wait she told us they are understaffed and we needed to help find employees. We called to talk to the manager she was responding condescending with “okie dokie” so needless to say they were subs so slow we’d freak

I always order from Jimmy John’s and until today, I’ve never had a problem, however they really let me down today. I placed my order from work at around 11:30 and normally they’re dropping it off within 15 minutes. Today was an entirely different story. When my food hadn’t arrived by 12:30, I became concerned, so I called and got the GM. His excuse was that they were understaffed and had over 7 orders come in within the last hour and apologized, but assured me my food would be there momentarily. 1 o’clock rolls around and I have nothing, it has been an hour and a half since I ordered. I call back and complain. I’m at work, on my lunch break that is coming to a close, and I have no food. I demanded a refund. I understand being short staffed, I myself am short staffed at my own job, but it’s called organization and pre-planning for such events. Waiting an hour and a half for cold food is ridiculous and unacceptable. I was able to retain a refund, and when my food arrived another 20 minutes later, they give me my warm sandwich and the coke I ordered, however it came in a Club Chill Large size gas station cup. The drivers excuse was that they ran out of coke… I will not be returning, I’ve never experienced this before and I am completely dumbfounded. This is not good customer service.

Great job to the crew on Central Ave! We ordered 4 party trays at 11:15 am and had them by 12:30. We have tried on short notice to order with other sandwich shops and they require 24 hour notice. Thanks to everyone who got us out of a Jam!
