Well… there were probably 5 people in the restaurant and only one person in line ahead of me. I saw at least 4, perhaps 5 workers…they stood behind the counter complaining and griping while I waited…and waited…then left. I am giving it a 2 because they were busy making sandwiches for I am guessing online orders. But I waited wayyyyy too long. Went down the block and ordered delicious food from Chelley Belly.

Might be the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. Longest wait. Nothing to the about the order other than the chips. 16 inch sandwich not even cut in half. Pick it up and it so soaked with the vinegar and oil that was not wanted that it falls apart.

First time I ordered delivery took over an hour. K, so next time I just ordered to pick it up. 45 minutes later the app says food isn’t ready, so I call the store. “Oh yeah, it’s ready”. After I hung up the phone the app updated to order ready. They didn’t update it at the store that my order was ready until after I called. My food sat on a stand for pick up for almost an hour for no reason. Ordered again app never updates. Call the store. It’s ready. Hang up, app updates that the order is ready. So again, because the employees can’t hit a button that the order is ready my food sat forever, unrefrigerated on a stand for no reason. It’s not like they’re even busy. Every time I’ve come in the employees are doing literally nothing. Just standing there. & They didn’t even acknowledge my presence when I did pick up my food. If it were possible to give 0 stars I definitely would.

I ordered my sandwich at 1130am this morning and still haven’t received it. This place is consistently slow with deliveries. Not freaky fast to say the least.

Waited over two hours today for delivery…. This is after consistent deliveries of one hour or more in the past. Do not order food here unless you want it the following day and made poorly. Absolutely terrible management at this location. Call me if you need a new GM this is outrageous should be the most profitable sub place in Delaware bar none.

Don’t order on DoorDash unless you are okay with waiting over an hour for a single sandwich. You also don’t the option to contact DoorDash’s customer service since Jimmy John’s controls the delivery. I guess this location has a different idea of what Freaky Fast is…I’m going to file a complaint with DoorDash and suggest that they pull this location off of the app since Jimmy’s is not appropriately staffed to handle realistic delivery times during core businesses hours.

This place is slow and inept. Placed an app order for “Freaky Fast” delivery. Approximately 10 minutes after I received a confirmation email I get a voicemail from them they can’t deliver my order. I call them back and was told that “the delivery driver is tired and it’s not safe for him to drive.” ???? What?? Unacceptable!! I said cxl my order. Then he tells me it will be 3-5 days to have my account credited. Never, and I mean never, will order from here again!!

Went to get dinner and they were closed. Hours said open until 10. It was 9. Online ordering was still available and I was going to do that but glad I didn’t as I never would have gotten my food. Highly disappointed as I was craving a Pepe. Should have read the reviews on here first. I get that everyone is understaffed but an update to the hours/online ordering system would help a lot.

I waited two hours and fifteen minutes for delivery when I live right down the street. It’s usually over an hour for delivery and I order about two-three times a week. But probably won’t be ordering here again. If the delivery times are that long they should let customers know. They are not freaky fast.
