I couldn’t really enjoy the food after not being able to simply pay for the the food. The tip humiliation ritual of having to select other amount and physically type in 0 or pay 15% plus tip leaves a lasting taste. The deal for the sandwich is between me and Jimmy, this is not the Soviet union I should not have to bribe the middle man.

My app messed up sent me to this Jimmy John’s instead of the one on Lone Oak Road. HUGE difference in quality! The is almost no avocado spread on my beach club. Like they scrapped the bottom and got a teaspoon for the whole thing. A lot of the the lettus is wilted and I had to pick off. No napkins in bag.
I will be triple checking and make sure my order never goes to this location. Thank you Lone Oak Road JJ for being amazing

The subs are absolutely delicious no doubt. I haven’t been JJ’s in quite a while due to my disgust of what the owner does as a sport. Hunting exotic animals should be a world crime with a heavy prison sentence. However my daughters wanted it so I caved. The club lulu was my go to before and it continued, perfect sub . I do like the fact they offer cheap versions of their subs if you just want meat and cheese. My youngest daughter only likes the meat, cheese, and bread so I enjoy a cheaper price lol . The kettle cooked jalapeño chips are very tasty, I highly recommend. I would like to see the subs a little bigger for their price.

Easily the best Jimmy John’s we’ve been to. Immediately upon entering we were greeted by 2-3 people. Our food was done within about a minute of ordering, and it was done well and tasted good. Then, both my husband and I had to use the restroom and they were the cleanest and well stocked bathrooms we’ve been to in a Jimmy John’s in a while. They had several people working that were all clearly working hard, even in between customers. These are some employees that take pride in the work they do! We were impressed.

1/22/24-Just came through and ordered two subs, they were made picture perfect. The two ladies who took care of me were super friendly and helpful, and even went above and beyond for me I felt with my extra requests, no arguing or being rude just great service! Will be coming back for more delicious sandwiches soon.

In the past I didn’t like this place because my sandwiches didn’t taste good and the employees lacked customer service. I recently ate here and this place has done a major turn around. They are under new management and their bread was so soft. They had great customer service and the sandwiches were made correctly. Their service is a little slow (I assume because of all the new staff) but it makes up for the sandwiches tasting great. I will definitely eat here again and tell people about my new experience with this place.
