On August 4th, around 7 pm, I placed an order. I waited about an hour for my food to show up only for it to be missing a sandwich. I get that deliveries can get backed up, that’s not the issue.

It’s a good thing the employees don’t install elevators or work with heavy machinery. I have never in my life seen a place that messes up things as frequently as they do. Every time I order I think I must have left something off my sandwich but it is always on the receipt. (For example my extra sprouts has been NO sprouts, or my no tomato still has them all over it.) I know that sometimes people get busy but if I am paying almost $10 for an “unwich” and some chips I do expect accuracy…

A simple mistake of forgetting to put no tomatoes when ordering a sandwich has put a bad taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively. We asked them to remake the sandwich but they refused. I will think twice about ordering a meal in this location. God forbid you ask them to remake something.

If I could give a 1/8 of a star I would. This store is a joke. I have ordered and or tried to order from them multiple times. And they always seem to have a excuse of why they can’t deliver or like tonight I called from multiple phones multiple times and every time someone would pickup and immediately say I can’t hear you hello and hang up. Do not call this store and I hate it for those of us that like jimmy John’s because we can’t order from another store the company policy will not allow it which makes no sense. I’m sure with this customer service happing so often they want have a store on Waller for very long. And maybe then I’ll be able to order from a location that will answer the phone all the other locations in town will answer the phone they just are not allowed to take your order.

This review is 100% on management. Running a store that proclaims freaky fast delivery and only keeping 1 delivery driver on hand is ridiculous. Twice now I’ve ordered from here to half an hour later realize my sandwich hasn’t even left the store cause they’re backed up.

It took this store 81 minutes to get me my sandwich, even though my location is .7 miles away from this store. I attempted to call and cancel twice to get a refund as I no longer even wanted the sub it had taken so long, and the store manager, Andrew, rudely told me that I did not qualify for a refund on my order even though the customer service I received was despicable. Management at this location is terrible – if you run your whole business on the motto of “freaky fast subs,” how can one order take 81 minutes?
