This location is awful. The food is typically decent but to actually get everything you ordered hardly ever happens. And if you do get the order the delivery drivers are too lazy to walk it and deliver to my door or have an attitude when they call to say they are there. Almost every time they forget our drinks. Just today alone they forgot our chips. My wife called and mentioned and said they will bring them back. Here it is almost 30 minutes later still no chips. This place is 5 minutes from my apartment. That’s walking time. There have been times that I’ve picked up an order to avoid forgetting items by delivery and there have been kids running around in the kitchen. I regret ordering from this location every time i do but sometimes I just don’t want to leave to pick up food.

This is probably the worst restaurant in Louisville when it comes to delivery services. When I order from here it usually takes an hour to arrive because they send a guy on a bicycle. Even if you get lucky and have a driver with a car you’ll probably still receive the wrong sandwich. Today I ordered a veggie and got a roast beef sandwich for example. Oh and don’t bother calling the restaurant if your order is taking an absurd amount of time, you’ll just get a lackadaisical teenager who will put you on hold for 10 minutes only for a different kid to pick up the phone and ask you why you’re calling again with no knowledge of anyone who picked up the phone previously. I love the sandwiches and it’s a close and easy place to get a quick bite for me, but it’s becoming too frustrating to be worth the trouble because of the incompetent staff.

Rainy day so I ordered Jimmy John’s cause they’re supposed to be freaky fast right? No! I waited over 2 hours for my delivery before I called to cancel in which the lady wanted to keep saying they only had 3 drivers and short staffed.i wasn’t trying to say she was wrong but she wated to argue when I requested a refund. I did suggest that they should put a note on the website indicating the delay. This is not the first time I have had to wait over an hour. I do not plan on ordering from this location again. Very rude

Food is good but I’ve been here probably a dozen times over the past couple years, Employees are never friendly. Ever. Next time I think I’m just going to try a different location. Some businesses don’t realize or care how big of a difference it makes when workers are friendly. The only reason I gave 3 is because the food is always good. But if you have to keep dealing with miserable attitudes people won’t wanna come.

This is the first review I’ve ever written in my life but I just have to share that I experienced the best service I’ve received in a restaurant in a loooong time today. When I was picking up my sandwich I was greeted by joyful employees who’s enthusiasm brightened the entire restaurant and the rest of my day! My order was perfect as well as per usual.

I stopped by this location for a sandwich because it is close to my home. The cashiers were both unprofessional loud and rude. Idk if the band attached to the black and orange helmet one was wearing was too tight or what. I asked her what came on the number nine she asked the guy beside her then proceeded to passive aggressively tell me exactly what doesn’t come on the sandwich. The swindler church ladies out front could do a way better job at hospitality.. But umm I’m an employee and senior undergrad at UofL. Honestly ya gotta be able to find better customer service representative on that campus who won’t bring their nasty attitudes to work.. Next time I’ll skip the experience and order elsewhere.. I expect a smile and friendly demeanor with my eight dollar sandwich reward points does not compare to good service tf wrong with y’all lol..

As a handyman, I work with my hands. After a long, hot day I stopped into Jimmy John’s and they told me they do not have a restaurant that I would have to go to a different restaurant to use the restroom. They lied to me. They didn’t want to offer a code to the community bathroom that’s all it was. I will never stop at this location again.
