Horrible customer service. Whoever answers the phone is a very rude and impatient person. She literally cussed at me when I tried to ordered food the other day. And the sad part is I ordered quite a bit from there. Would definitely recommend getting rid of her.

In the 5 times I have ordered food from here my order has been wrong in some way every. single. time. Without fail, I know something will be messed up or forgotten. Did they forget the mustard this time? Yup. Did they forget to add peppers this time? Yup. Did they add what seems to be a full cup of mayo when I asked for “EZ” when placing my order? Yup. The only thing reliable is that it will be wrong.

Won’t deliver .03 miles from their location. Claimed it was the market street location zone to cover (.08 miles away) which also refused to deliver to customers. I guess neither location is able to deliver anywhere outside of their front counter. Both stores just seemed too lazy to deliver within a mile of their location. Maybe if you go in store they will let you make a sandwich and pay for chips. Have not confirmed they are willing to do that yet.

The main issue I have with this location is their delivery driver’s parking. The employee in the red car just parks sideways on a main road blocking traffic and causing situations that will lead to a wreck. How anyone thinks it is okay to park like that instead of walking 5 more feet to the door is baffling.

I ordered for delivery. I once was in the restaurant industry and know how important a tip is. However I must have forgotten to put tip online when I ordered. They dropped my food off at security but then called me to ask where the tip was. I understand tipping is important and I always do or I don’t order out/ eat out where tipping is expected. Asking for a tip is rude. Tipping is optional and I didn’t appreciate the way the I was asked. “Where’s my tip” is not professional. I gave a tip over the phone but this was unconventional and made me question if this was a scam by the delivery person. On a brighter note the food is always fast, and delicious and does deserve a tip.

Delivery time provided was 18 minutes. It took Jimmy John’s almost an HOUR to deliver my order to Waterfront Park Place Condos. Jimmy John’s is LESS THAN A BLOCK from Waterfront Park Place! I called at 8:30pm – 25 mins after placing my order – and was told they had no orders in the restaurant so it must be on it’s way to be delivered. I called again at 8:45pm and was told the same thing. My order was not delivered until 8:54pm! So much for their FFreaky Fast Delivery.” I do need to also say this particular delivery was NOT my normal service from Jimmy John’s! On a normal basis, they deliver extremely fast. I don’t know what the issue was 11/21, but the issue was clearly Jimmy John’s. There also wasn’t any weather issues occurring to delay the delivery, esp as mentioned above, Jimmy John’s is less than a block away from the condominiums.

Never got my delivery. Of course on my birthday of all days I ordered here. Door dash gave me a refund and I still wonder what happened to the food. Spoke to very angry workers aside from the male who answered first and was genuinely trying to help.
