Great experience until now. The driver called my cellphone and asked for me to leave a tip…. Stated that there wasn’t one on the receipt and I could meet him at drop off and leave one… I had never in my life… I will not be ordering from this location again.

The problem I have with this place is that they don’t give me control over what is on my sandwich. Not only that, they don’t give you control over what kind of bread you have other than two options or just no bread. I’m not saying their bread is bad… But the thing is I can go to Publix and get better quality, they make it exactly how I tell them to on the spot, and they give me multiple choices of bread. Honestly Publix has better sub sandwiches than all of the current sub sandwich places in Clarksville. Hats off to you if you like what these guys do. They’re okay in my opinion. But not good enough for me to order from them again. Oh and one last thing. This is never happened to me when I ordered Publix and I literally order a public sandwich sometimes daily. As I was trying to finish this sub sandwich from Jimmy John’s, all of the meat slid out of the bread when I was trying to finish the rest of the sandwich. So by the time I was done with the sandwich half of the meat is left because it kept sliding out of the bread so now I’m left with all of this wasted meat. This has never happened to me not one single time with Publix. Jimmy John’s is crap

I have this problem where I keep forgetting how *not* to order the BEHEMOTH version of “The Gargantuan”, but instead the humbled human sized instead. See my photo attached to fully grasp the nonsensical nature that is, The Gargantuan.
I mean, am I actually upset when this happens? No, lmao. It’s delicious.
But it’s jarring to receive unexpectedly Then I’m thinking Omg these workers are def judging me. ‘But I can explain. It’s a mixup I swear’ Then I have to sneak it inside my house before needing to justify it to them. I hope nobody sees me as I sneakily throw it over my shoulder and scurry away.
10/10, will continue this mixup at least three more times

Ordered food from here, after 50+ minutes of it not arriving I called and cancelled the order. The person on the phone accepted I cancelled the order and said he would call the driver. Around 4 minutes later after I had already made a different lunch due to Jimmy John’s taking nearly an hour for delivery and a set lunch schedule the driver dropped it off. I answered the door and said, ‘Hi sorry but this order was just cancelled and we don’t want it’. The driver said ‘well I already made/brought it so here’. Took the sandwich which didn’t get eaten due to already making another lunch AFTER cancelling this order that took almost exactly an hour to arrive. The order was never refunded and in fact they will proceeded to process the tip DAYS later. Would not order from here again.

Normally have a great experience at this location. Love the food and fast service. Usually eat at this location several times a month. But tonight, the service was not so great! Ordered 2 sandwiches. Got home and one was not cut half like requested, which is really no big deal. And the second was only bread and meat. It was suppose to be a turkey Tom, with everything except tomatoes. It was a tiny bit of turkey, barely any mayo and nothing else. At least it was cut in half like requested. . A little disappointed in the experience tonight.
