We ordered delivery and received our food within a timely manner. However, the turkey on my sandwich had an awful flavor, so much so that I couldn’t continue eating it. However, my husband enjoyed his food, which is why I gave them an average rating.

I’ve always been a loyal customer to jimmy johns, I’d come twice a week and always get the beach club combo. Every single time I came they were always so nice, showered me in compliments, and made sure I was being taken care of. One time the owner (might be the old one) even gave me my food for free because I forgot my wallet at home and he said I was a regular. But this experience was absolutely terrible. Me and my mother pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru and sat for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order (they didn’t). We went inside to see if anyone was in the building and there were two employees. One washing dishes and one that walked up to take our order. He had the headset off of his ear, while in his other ear he had his headphones in, he showed no customer service whatsoever! Didn’t even make eye contact with my mother while ordering. Ridiculous. I should’ve stayed in the drive thru to run their times up!

Had a catering emergency and they pulled together 60 sandwiches in a short period and saved my frayed nerves. Very much appreciated and the staff was really helpful in providing plenty of condiments and napkins as well. *thumbs up*

Good food but not as fast as they used to be. When they first opened up they would make sure your meal was made within a certain time. Now they do not focus on that time frame anymore. Lol. Need to change from “freaking fast” to “ehh”

Placed my order at 12:06 pm. Order received by store at 12:07 pm. An hour later with no update I call the store to cancel my order and get a refund. I was told they had one driver and and 20 something orders ahead of mine. No problem just want my refund. Person hangs up without getting my name, order number, anything. I call back to try to figure out how they would know which order to cancel and I get placed on hold. After 4 minutes on hold I get changed and get my son changed and loaded into the car and drive to the store, all while still on hold. I go in to speak to someone about a refund for my order and the manager goes about processing it and says “When the driver gets to your house go ahead and take the food, it’s on the house. Sorry for the inconvenience.”. I say thanks and put the receipt away. I walk out the store and the line was still on hold for 18 minutes, no telling how long I would’ve waited. 2:13pm my order finally gets to my house and there’s no drink. I catch the delivery girl as she’s getting in her car and tell her there’s supposed to be a drink. She look in her car and said she must have left it at the store. Not surprised.
