Ordered in the app. Food was incorrect when I got home. Called so it could be remade while I was on the way back up there. Manager interigated me about how my food was wrong and gave me a lot of attitude, which when I gave her a bit back said that I can’t talk to her like that. I have never been talked to that way by a worker at a restaurant, let alone a manager. Will not be going back to this location.

My rewards are a way for me to get a 2 4 1 . I just had to pay 7 dollars for 2 , and I don’t think the employees at this location liked that very much , they wanted to know how . They don’t smile much , whatever day they were having I don’t want it . I hope they put more spunk into their job.

I went to get a Jimmy John’s sandwich that I normally get and this is what they gave me. I went through the drive-through. The lady was not happy about putting in my rewards and seemed to be annoyed, but the guy making the sandwich should’ve known better, more lettuce than meat. Bread was

This is was the first time I had visited this Jimmy John’s. The lady that was working April I’m thinking she was the General Manager was working really hard. Asked what was good and she introduced me to the new Smoke Chedder Bourbon sandwich which was fantastic. This manager deserves all the praise with what I seen today. Running that store like a champ. I will be back to visit this location. Praise to this Gm of this store.

I’ve always been a loyal customer to jimmy johns, I’d come twice a week and always get the beach club combo. Every single time I came they were always so nice, showered me in compliments, and made sure I was being taken care of. One time the owner (might be the old one) even gave me my food for free because I forgot my wallet at home and he said I was a regular. But this experience was absolutely terrible. Me and my mother pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru and sat for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order (they didn’t). We went inside to see if anyone was in the building and there were two employees. One washing dishes and one that walked up to take our order. He had the headset off of his ear, while in his other ear he had his headphones in, he showed no customer service whatsoever! Didn’t even make eye contact with my mother while ordering. Ridiculous. I should’ve stayed in the drive thru to run their times up!

We ordered delivery and received our food within a timely manner. However, the turkey on my sandwich had an awful flavor, so much so that I couldn’t continue eating it. However, my husband enjoyed his food, which is why I gave them an average rating.

Today was my first time at this location and I’m a little disappointed that I hadn’t been in sooner. Brian was amazing! From the time I walked in, he greeted me with smile and made my sandwich freakishly fast. He told me all about the awards and wished me a Happy New Year as I walked out the door. In a time where customer service and great food are lacking, today proved me otherwise!

Super fast and friendly! New management definitely shows. I really appreciate the people who work here. Customer service can be a thankless job and these guys are always cheerful and professional.
I’m excited because sprouts are on the menu now! They’re the bomb with Tuna! This is my favorite sandwich shop out here!
