I never leave negative reviews, but this location has been terrible lately. I order JJ’s at least once a week, usually delivered to my job because I cannot leave for lunch. The service for my most recent three orders are as follows: 1) delivered almost 1.5 hours after the order was placed, 2) order was delivered quickly but missing items and the store didn’t answer when I called to see if they could call the driver, and 3) delivered an hour after the order was placed and my $10 tip got my family’s dinner delivered to the neighbor’s house. We had to go on a treasure hunt to find it. Don’t expect your delivery to be “freaky fast” or correct.

Ordering from this place is like trying to get a toddler to follow any sort of instruction… chaotic and somehow covered in hair. This past order, there was a hair on the cheese. Just lounging there like it pays rent. The order before that, the cheese tasted sour, like it had gone bad. I reorder the same sandwiches every single time, and they can NEVER make it correctly. It’s always different (but never good). The only time they made it correctly was the very first time I ever tried Jimmy Johns. I’m questioning why I keep going back.
The last two orders, the worst of them all, have made me feel sick almost immediately after eating them. I am literally one bite away from writing my will and making a note for the sandwich to be the primary suspect. They are freaky fast, there’s no doubt. They’re just freaky fast at delivering regret wrapped in paper.

I went into the shop and ordered a combo. Julia the sandwich maker made my sandwich to perfection , nothing fell out of the roll as I was eating it and everything was layered professionally. Thank you Julia it was very delicious.

We placed a large order for my work group. When I arrived to pick-up, it was ready to go. I was greeted by Ethan who was happy and positive. He was so nice and went the extra mile to serve! He even carried a box of items to my car. I asked about delivery and he said they are always happy to deliver, if we will just call the store to let them know. Thank you for being so helpful and kind!

The food at this location is never been a problem. My biggest concern and complaints are related to rewards. Every time I give them my phone number and they offer me a reward the staff seems like they can’t figure out how to process it so that’s either a scam or untrained staff. It’s a poor look for Jimmy John’s, because it appears to be a fake way to collect data on customers, because the rewards aren’t working.

Robert was taking drive-thru order when I walked in. He still greeted me. When he was finished with drive-thru. He welcomed me again. Took my order and and repeated it back to me. Then he proceeded to fix my order. When he finished it he repeated it again and thank me for coming in and welcomed me to come back again.
