Ordered online. Said it was to be ready at a certain time and they had a rush so my orders got neglected. The attitude from the staff when it was already 25 minutes into it was ridiculous. Stinks they have no adults to assist them in learning customer service along with order chains. So much for somewhat fast food or friendly service.

Again, this is ridiculous Subway employees apparently can not read and or follow simple instructions I ordered on line and as many of you might know the subway in Toledo is skimpy with their meat portions so I got extra meat and cranberry sauce and when my son brought it home this is what I got one thin slice of turkey and no cranberry sauce so I called them the kid sounded like he was all of 10 said all he could do is remake it I then told him why would I bother you stole my money and then expect me to drive all the way back so you can make me another bad sandwich I’m disappointed in what subway has become in Toledo

Stopped on our way home from surgery at UIHC and the staff was some of the rudest I’ve ever encountered. Asked for a kids meal w roast beef and told rb it’s NOT an option for a kids meal. Ordered a sub in a bowl (due to gluten allergy), asked if they could cut it and was told they don’t have the utensils to chop a salad. Both understandable, but their answers were short and rude, as if we were putting them out. SUPER disappointeing!

Just walked out of Toledo Subway it was so nasty. I tried to order two subs but just walked out. Vegetables were brown and lady putting the subs together don’t know what she’s doing. I asked for vinegarette and got some other sauce and she looked at me after I told her it wasn’t vinegarette. She was just gonna cover it up. My other sub had so much parm. I wasn’t gonna waste my money of the subs that were a mess. What a shame another good restaurant going down

It’s just a subway, but the staff is always really friendly and they can usually do a really nice job wrapping the wraps. Sometimes at the marshalltown location they pretty much butcher it. I always get my food to go, but it seems to be very clean as well. I’ve never seen a mess at the soda station or anything like that. Very decent subway.

My fiancee and I ordered online just to give it a try. My sub and her wrap were fine, but the footlong churro we ordered was cold and hard as a rock. When we went back in to get a new one, a guy was on his phone in the back leaving a new girl by herself on the front. The guy then complained very loudly saying that kids shouldn’t work here and should get lives. He refuses to make us a new churro and gave us our money back. Worst service ever and we definitely let coperate know…
