They didn’t have change for my cash so they required me to pay with a smaller denomination of a bill. Fine. Then I asked if they had a bag for my sandwich that they split in two and the gentleman said “right there” and basically made me bag my own “to go” order. I just don’t know what is going on with customer service nowadays but the dude should have thrown my sandwich in a bag and handed it to me and said thank you and have a nice day. I told him have a nice day and he didn’t say a thing. ♂️

Super sandwiches. Arrives fast if you try not to order during peak lunch time. Nice people at Ringling store. Tuna or turkey my go-tos with extra veggies. Roast beef is great, too. Nice amount of chips in the sides. BBQ chips my fave. Perfect dill pickles. Get them quartered. Fresh, fast and filling.

I designed a vegetarian sandwich and it is so filling, tasty and fresh, it is my new go-to. Tea is great as are sides and desserts. Lemon cookie my new fave. Arrived Freaky Fast, too.

Ordered a 8″ Turkey Tom with NO Mayo with added avocado. Sandwich was Loaded with mayo no perceivable avocado. Order taker looked distracted, couldn’t be bothered to repeat the order to me & gave me no receipt with my payment to verify the order. Disgusting sandwich — I hate mayo! First time visitor, will never return. Sorry I tipped 20%.

Delicious! Very friendly service. Immaculate store and dining room. This was my second visit to a Jimmy John’s (first to this location) and I was impressed with my takeout lunch! I ordered the “Billy Club”, chips, soft drink and purchased a chocolate chip cookie to take back to my hotel. My sandwich was huge and very tasty. It was large enough to make two meals for me. Naturally, the chocolate chip cookie was scrumptious!! My total order was $13.00, very reasonable for the food portions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially during my ordering, as I’m not familiar with the menu. The dining room and ordering counter spotless!! I definitely recommend this Jimmy John’s location, centrally located in downtown Sarasota!

I ordered a #6 Veggie and #4 Turkey Tom, both combo’s. We were the only one there, we needed to ask for a towel to clean the table because they were all dirty and It took about 25 minutes for them to serve our subs on sliced wheat bread. I asked him why the food was made with sliced bread, and he said, thats the way they come. I said, “NO, they don’t. Then, the guy insisted that we ordered them on sliced bread. I said I’d like them on sub rolls. We’ll he finally confessed that they were out of sub rolls because they miscalculated and didn’t bake enough. How can you run out of subs if you’re a sub shop. I just asked to cancel my order, and they did. I owned several sub shops, and that never happened. Horrible service.
