BMuse Cafe is a quick, convenient and healthy alternative to many of the fast food options available in the area. We offer a variety of salads, soups, and sandwiches in addition to fun, seasonally inspired daily specials. ALL are freshly made on the premises – to YOUR order.
We use only the freshest ingredients and buy as much of our products from Connecticut providers as we possibly can. Our menu consists of many vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free items!
BMuse Cafe is part of the Bourassa Catering & Events organization, along with Carriage House Farms Catering. Together we offer a wide range of catering options from small intimate gatherings or lunches, to large-scale corporate and social events, weddings and more.

Ordered at this spot for lunch with a few coworkers and we were all equally impressed with our food! I personally got the ham and Brie sandwich and it was so light and refreshing the mustard was definitely a tasty add on that made the flavors really pop. It wasn’t too much food so a perfect place to stop and grab a quick bite. The cookies were also soft and delicious! The restaurant overall seems very clean and the order was completed fairly quick.

I’m beyond happy that BMuse chose Middlebury for its second location! I knew the space when it was Leo’s, and they did a great job of remodeling it. I loved my Boursin roast beef sandwich, and my mom enjoyed her hummus platter. Definitely a perfect stop for lunch and can’t wait until my next visit!

I came across this place by chance as maples dinner was closed, this was the best thing that could have happened. The staff is wonderful and helped put together 13 last minute lunch orders for my staff. The food was fresh, delicious and everyone loved it. I will certainly spread the word and return again. Thank you ladies for saving my lunch hour fiasco ❤️

I love this place so much! The salads are so good I could eat them every day. Loaded with amazing fresh ingredients. I actually saw the gal make my Chipotle lime dressing, yes actually slicing a fresh lime! Not using dressing from a bottle.

A shame that we lost Leo’s in Middlebury but this place has done a great job of taking over such a legendary spot in town. Food has been incredible so far and the employees are all extremely friendly. Great selection and a very reasonable price for the quality of food that you’re getting. Will happily be coming back here and would recommend it to anyone in the area.
