This place is ok it’s definitely not my first choice. I got pizza here and so did my mom we both got stomach pains from all the grease in the pizza . It’s literally soaked in grease I feel like. The ceiling is brown almost turning black and falling down in spots from all the grease from the oven exhaust not working properly. The place has a stank odor to it and the chairs and tables r sticky and gross. Definitely will not be returning and I advise others to stay away from this grease laden place .

Typically I order pizza from here because 1 I like their pizza and they have the pizza deals. I also live in Smyrna Delaware so It’s a bit of a hike but to me it’s not a HUGE DEAL. So today I ordered a cheese steak special ( 2 cheese steaks 2 fries and a 2 liter) and a Stromboli came to about $41. So went in found out they raised the prices.. ok so be it. Got home and opened my cheese steaks and it was like a slap on the face. I drove a half hour to get this food and spent 41 dollars and look at the pictures these sandwiches are sad. I will not do it again….. the fried onions were barely fried.. they were more like raw onions and the cheese steak had the girth of a roll of scotch tape. Picture is just to show size… not to mention the roll seemed to be stale. I think I will start going to Glasgow deli in cheswold. I WAS SUPER DISSAPPOINTED… I DONT KNOW WHAT CHANGED BUT THE SANDWICHES USE TO BE BIGGER AND CHEAPER… D9NT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I recently had a disappointing experience this local restaurant. The customer service was abysmal; they demanded I return a Stromboli due to a mistake on their end. The lack of understanding and professionalism left a sour taste, making it an overall unpleasant encounter.
No longer will I be patronizing this business and I encourage everyone else reading this not to waste their time with this restaurant. To many mistakes not enough accountability. This establishment should learn how to value long time customers.

This was my first time visiting Roma Pizza in Middletown. I was in the mood for garlic knots. When I arrived, I called in my takeaway order, they were made fresh, in 10 minutes they were ready. They melt in your mouth, it comes with a side of marinara dipping sauce, the texture and flavor was amazing! I added this to my lunch of Garlic crabs.

I have been buying pizza from Roma for years! I loved it! It was close to NY/NJ pizza which I missed very much. But I don’t know if they have new owners or the owners are on vacation but today (July 2025) the pizza was horrible! From the taste of the cheese and sauce to the taste of the pizza dough!!! If zero stars was available definitely would have been my first choice. Lack of communication on the establishment behave, and they aren’t even willing to exchange your food is beyond me. My household has spent thousands with this establishment and this is what the customer gets in return! Prepubescents taking your order is crazy! If I could give this Roma a 0 I would. I got a cheesesteak stromboli this past Saturday. It was the worst I have ever had. It was all dough and cheese with a few pieces of green pepper and onions, but to top it off, it looked like they took one slice of skeakum and spread it in there. Roma has Just been slipping lately. I recently ordered a cheesesteak with extra ketchup and extra cheese. There was a piece of cold cheese (1 piece!!!) on the base of the sandwich. Had no taste – I had to doctor it up and put in the oven just to eat a few bites.
