I have never had such a horrible experience at this Jimmy John’s before (#1456). After ordering a sub to go, I luckily noticed that the chips were missing before I left and added them to my bag. Then, when I got home and was ready to eat, I placed the sandwich on the plate to clearly notice a long brown hair embedded into half the sandwich. I took it out, threw it away, and figured I would eat the other half. Only to find another brown hair sticking out of the other half. After calling the store for a refund, I was disregarded for not having proof. I asked if I could send a picture since I was not close to the store anymore. The guy on the phone said yes and asked around for a number for me to send the photo to. Then the line went quiet and disconnected. I called back stating I assumed it had been an accident and was then told I’d be given a refund, except I had given them no information about the order yet to link it. I will hope for a refund based on the phone number on file, but I more feel that they were just trying to get me off the phone and I will still be charged for my purchase…. I have always been a customer of Jimmy Johns….I cannot say I will ever go back at this point.

First time coming in in over a decade. No real complaints on the sub. The woman who took my order though was a little off-putting. She clearly had some sort of anger management issues, and had a very intense stare. To be fair, it seemed like she was making an effort to control it, but it left me walking out of there uneasy.

This is our favorite sandwich joint near Waterford Lakes. The staff us always super nice, friendly, and freaky fast! Sandwiches are really good, as I personally like the Turkey Tom.

Never in my wildest dreams would I had expected the excellence of service I experienced with Sasha, Alex, and Vince I was original coming for a Lil John but being my cashier Vince was patient with me I ordered a reg combo and before I could even finish paying and get a drink my sandwich was done in lightning speed less than 30 secs has to be a world record I think it was 16 seconds and I added mayo to a #5 Vito.

What I’d expect from a Jimmy John’s fast and fresh. I ordered pick up and everything was ready and available the moment I walked in, more than a majority of fast food pick-ups can say nowadays, no drive thru but the restaurant itself was very clean and the one worker I encounter was very nice.

the food is great, but i’m constantly having issues with their delivery service. on my last order they forget one of my items and had to come back to delivery it 30+ minutes later. on todays order it took over an hour to get delivered. when i called the store, they said they only had one driver on the schedule and he was out delivering 7 orders at a time. I will not be ordering delivery anymore.

I usually get decent food and service, however today has been a nightmare. I ordered lunch around 2 or so. It came quick, it looked delicious and it tasted okay. The lettuce had a funny taste so I scraped off as much as I could and finished the sandwich (I wasn’t about to let $14 go down the drain)…although now that I’ve been sick for almost 8 hours I wish I would’ve. Please be more careful when making your subs. If the lettuce smells funny, or is turning brown toss it!
