There are many times that I have placed an order at this location in my app for pick up only to get there and the store is completely closed. Their google hours say open until 9, but it is 5:30 and they are closed in a Saturday. Which is fine, but their online system is still turned on for people to place orders and for the store to take the money. I tried calling to just leave a message about canceling my order (obviously) for them to hear the next day so they might call back and the phone rang endlessly as if it was busy or off the hook..

I placed an online order through the app for this location to be ready asap (15 minutes) and when I went to pick it up after 15 minutes, as I was walking up to the door I saw 3 of the employees sitting at the table having a nice chat until they saw me coming and ran behind the counter. When I told them I was there to pick up an online order they turned around and looked at the online order receipt that was hanging from the order station and said “Oh, sorry we forgot ..” ? What’s the purpose of making an online order to be ready when you get there just to have 3 lazy employees not even bother making the order when it comes in. All 3 of them literally had to walk by the order receipt to get to the table they were sitting at and talking. Then they took forever to make one simple plain sub. They wasn’t apologetic at all. Terrible customer service from all 3 of them

Great location! I’ve come here on multiple occasions and always been impressed. The staff is personable, the establishment is extremely clean, and the food is always fresh! I especially enjoy the soft buns, not always the case at other JJ locations.

I order from here all the time, never had an issue with the food. Today i ordered online and I was given a sandwich on stale hard day old bread. I was hungry so I ate the insides of the sandwich and took the bread back to show them what they had served me. The Assistant manager said nothing they can do since I already ate the sandwich. They didn’t even offer a gift card for a future visit or nothing. They really need to work on service recovery. Maybe make sure your bread isn’t stale next time. Maybe try keeping customers with something as simple as “we appreciate your feedback here’s a gift card for your next visit, we want to keep u as a customer”. Very disappointed.
