Ordered delivery for our office on opening day! Was actually freaky fast and they didn’t have any issues finding us- usually GPS takes you somewhere else! Placed order on the app and it arrived within 15 minutes. Seriously so impressed. Order was correct, fresh, and delicious!!!

Writing this review mainly because of the excellent service I received at this location. After a late meeting I arrived at the restaurant shortly before closing. The team was working to clean and close for the night….however they immediately turned their attention to making sure I was served. I had a #10 Hunter’s Club “Unwich” (lettuce wrap). It was fresh and definitely hit the spot. If you are looking for a sandwich on St. Simons Island this restaurant is certainly one to consider!

Been in there for the last two weeks and they tell me their oven is not working. How is this possible? I can understand 3-4 days. Evidently, they’ve not contacted corporate to try to get this situation resolved. I owned a restaurant for 17 years and I would never let this happen.

We had wanted to try Jimmy John’s for a while. We don’t have one near us. Found one while we were on vacation.
The associate at the register welcomed us and asked to take our order. He helped with a few suggestions and told us what deals were going on. We ended up with a steak and cheddar sub. It was delicious. He even stopped by to see if we liked it or needed anything else.
It’s a small restaurant, very clean. The food was great, and the associates were helpful and friendly. Better than Jersy Mike’s, I wish it was closer, but I’m sure the associates made it!!

Unfortunately my family and I have had many poor experiences with this Jimmy Johns. We keep trying to give them chances and I’d say that 9 times out of 10 our order is always wrong. The bread is not cooked thoroughly or sandwiches missing ingredients or we are given totally wrong sandwiches of what we ordered. Our order may be taken right at the register or placed correctly online but the ones on the line ,making the sandwiches, clearly aren’t paying attention to what is on the orders. Last time I was actually in the store the lady who was taking my order just walked away and out the door as I was finishing my transaction. I’ve also noticed the atmosphere isn’t very inviting and the workers are not very friendly. As a previous shift manager for a Chicagoland jimmy johns I am shocked with how this location is being managed.

First, I don’t expect a lot from JJ’s. It’s a fast sandwich shop. I’ve ordered twice while visiting St. Simons. Both times, the delivery service was faster than seemed possible. The first time we got our order delivered in about 6 minutes. I don’t even know how that’s possible. The second time it was about 12 mins. Both times we ordered online.
The sandwiches were fine — again, it’s fast food. Everything seemed fresh and same I’ve had at other locations. The delivery service I can’t say enough about. Fantastic. It is now a go-to every time we’re on the island.
