I know we are somewhat picky, and we like modifying our subs, yesterday went smoothly when I ask to replace the salami portion for another portion of cappicollo, but today it had to be what the system says and of course, when you don’t want an ingredient and take it off, the price remains the same but if you add something (even if is the same portion to replace the one you took off) the price goes up! The answer was that one meat is more expensive than the other, but is the same amount of meat, I would understand if it was .50 or 1 dollar, but 2.50 just for the exchange or 5 dollars if you get the giant size??

I come in here about once a month. I usually eat the bootlegger or the beach club. The bootlegger is roast beef and Turkey with lettuces tomatoes, provolone, etc, or any way you like it. The beach club is Turkey and provolone with avocado and anything else you want to add. You can order regular or “gigantic”.

I was disappointed with my sandwich. I ordered the turkey and provolone and I had to look through my sandwich to see if there was anything on it. I’m used to Jersey Mike’s where they put a lot of turkey on my sandwich and freshly sliced. The sandwich I got from Jimmy John’s was sad. I won’t ever go back and I don’t know how they are still in business?

Was not freaky fast m. It took 20 minutes with 3 customers in the store and I was 2nd. They stated they were understaffed but the perception was they were slow and inefficient with service and no sense of urgency… changed to a 1 for lack of response and/or concern from this business. These clueless businesses will not be around much longer. Its sad because I love their products. Thank you for a response; however, it is the same response in all past reviews this business responded to and frankly I will not be going to another site to forward this review allowing the owner to read the reviews when the response above notates it is from the (owner) Sad just Sad
