Walked in on a Sunday (8/27/23) around noon. Place is clean and staff is friendly. The individual taking my order only got the sandwich # correct. Didn’t bother with anything else I asked for (additional topping, full size pickle cut in half, and sandwich cut in half). The bread might have been made yesterday IMHO.

The customer service is pretty good, they seem friendly and attentive. Only thing is that there is a lot of new trainees so have patience with them. The area we eat at is super clean, the bathrooms always are stocked and the tables are usually spotless. The food service is super fast and sometimes they do get items wrong, for example I got cucumbers on my sandwich (#9) that doesn’t even come with them. I didn’t complain thought bc it went well with the sandwich, actually. I would definitely recommend this if you’re a fan of other subs. One of my favorite places to eat after work with my family.

Went to get sandwich this evening. Cashier super friendly and I even got to practice my Spanish. But the guy making the sandwich tried to hand me my sandwich abruptly. When I confirmed if cut in 3, he said yes. The cashier helped me get a bag and napkins to put sandwich in. So i get home and unravel… and my sandwich wasn’t cut AT ALL! No excuse and I’m very disappointed cause i pass by this location often and now my trust is broken…

I am writing this review because I hate being lied to. I have ordered several times from Jimmy John’s since the Duncan location opened. Usually, the delivery is correct and quick. Tonight, however, my order didn’t show. After waiting about half an hour, I called the store and was told that the driver said he delivered my food. He also claimed he knocked on the door. NO ONE knocked on my door!!!! He claimed to have left it in front of my door but there were people walking up toward my floor when he was leaving. I always hear people if they are coming up my stairwell if sitting at the kitchen table (where I was sitting tonight). There were no people walking up the steps the entire time I waited. They finally agreed to send a new order of my food. The delivery person told the same lie to my face when I asked if he figured out what went wrong the first time. I live in a large apartment complex so I would have understood if the person told me the food was accidentally left at the wrong door. People make mistakes- I get it but it is NOT okay to lie about it when I know you didn’t knock or leave food at my door!!!!!! Management – talk to your people about how to better manage these situations.
