apparently they don’t do their own deliveries anymore? I was told an Uber driver picked up my food which was supposed to arrive between 12 and 12:15. It’s now 12:30 and my lunch is over and I still have no food.

This place used to be good. I actually looked forward to coming here every so often. I always order the exact same sandwich, for years now. It was not good the last time and worse this time. The bread was stale. There was so much lettuce and onions that it was almost all I could taste. The little bit of meat and cheese you get is pathetic compared to the mountain of lettuce and onions. And I love lettuce and onions but never before on this sandwich that I always get have they been so overpowering and so much of it. It’s basically like Sub Station 2 was famous for – you got a little bit of meat and cheese and a TON of lettuce. Anyway, I won’t waste anymore time or money here.

I went here and thought it would be great. But it was just okay. Meh to say the least. I’d say try your luck elsewhere or a different location. My meat kept falling out AND they forgot my pasta salad. I give them a 5.00 dollar tip and this is what I had to deal with? Yeah, not interested as there are other places and options to choose from for sandwiches.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery with instructions to text on arrival. I never received a text, and after an hour I called the store and apparently the driver took it to the wrong house? The guy who I talked to at the store seemed nice, but didn’t offer any compensation for this and said that they would remake it and send it when the current orders were finished even though I’ve been waiting for close to two hours now. Not cool.

This is one of our favorite sandwich shops. Yes, it’s a chain, but the taste and quality is much more than that. Their bread is fresh and delicious—so good you can buy it by the loaf to take home.
The staff is fantastic. No matter how slammed they may be, or how understaffed, employees go the extra mile to prepare each sandwich exactly how you want it, and to make customers feel welcome.
