Placed an order for 3 Tall coffee and was delivered 3 short coffee. Called the location and never answer the phone or they just pick up and hang the phone. This is a bad service. I usually order from the location in Fernandina but this in Yulee was a mess.

My husband, toddler, and I come to Amelia often and stopped at this target Starbucks on the way home today. While my son was having a hard time, the sweetest barista came over and helped us and brought a cake pop! I can’t wait to come back and get a coffee next time we’re in town. Sweetest workers I’ve come across at a Starbucks.

On my target run we stopped for an icee, Rayle was working at Starbucks and asked how we were while my kid was filling her cup. I was a little tired as my kids had been sick recently , she asked me when their bed time was and suggested a coffee based on when I would crash and then offered to pay for it.
I genuinely appreciated the gesture , I was obviously having a rough day and I was instantly smiling the moment she offered. It is interactions like these that compel me to write reviews because they are genuinely deserved by outstanding employees working in customer service with empathy and care for customers .

Great staff. I don’t really drink coffee but I was tired today and decided to stop in. I asked the young lady if they had something like hot chocolate but with caffeine. She recommended the whit chocolate mocha. She even added extra sweetener since I don’t like the taste of coffee. Worth every penny.

Whoever the lady who worked at Starbucks on May 18 during the morning hours, around 10:00-10:30 wasn’t very nice at all. I ordered the Caramel Ribbon Crunch and I know the drink comes with the caramel ribbons and caramel unfortunately this barista told me they don’t add the caramel or ribbons on top, but only the bottom at this location which doesn’t make sense since I order this every time I come to Target. Just to let you know if she’s telling customers this to be aware.

If I could put less than one star i would, the employees at this location have the worst customer service. Literally just left the here and I stood there for a good 5 minutes before they even took my order. One girl was leaving so I’m assuming didn’t want to take the 3 seconds it took for my order to be placed and the other girl was too busy coloring on chalkboards for sale items to even acknowledge me. Both knew I was standing right there the whole time

It was ok. I got my coffee relatively quickly, but i was displeased with the taste. Compared to past experiences it was lackluster and not a great start to my morning i usually get from here. I hope they’ll strive to do better so i can enjoy my next visit

The baristas were very nice, I ordered a venti Carmel ribbon crunch, I only had a dollar after that, but I asked how much a cake pop was and I didn’t have enough but then when I was starting to leave, the barista asked if I still wanted the cake pop and I said I didn’t have enough and she covered it. Very nice workers, I didn’t manage to get her name but, very nice.

Around 2:30 pm (9/9/22) as we were checking out a young man around his maybe early 20s who was working at the Starbucks counter was talking to a target worker and very loudly said “guess what the queen is dead” which is fine to talk about but then loudly exclaimed “SHE DEADDDDD” to the female coworker and was laughing about it like it was a big joke. Everyone in the register area heard it and it was very disrespectful. He then made eye contact with my mother knowing she heard it and quickly looked away. So he knows what he said was wrong. A couple people gave some distasteful looks and you could tell felt very disrespected. Joke about it on your own time, not at your job where 30 people just heard you say it. We were very disappointed. Do better please
