I was intentionally given hard stale bread, it was not baked and I did not ask for bake, it definitely was stale. I threw it away and will not be going back to this location. I did not see management present unless the manager was a teenager. To be fair on my previous visit the food and service was excellent so I do not know what changed.

I’ve ordered takeout subs twice. Both times the subs were excellent quality. The french bread is the best. They forgot my pickle in my recent order, otherwise they would get 5 stars.

They never get my sandwiches right. Today is petty but idc. We don’t typically have knives in my office. They didn’t cut either sandwich in half so now I had to have a coworker get me a knife from karns. I’ve let it slide a couple of times but the last two times I think I asked for store credit or for them to completely redeliver my sandwich. Today a man claiming to be the owner was rude to me. So not only am I never going to order from this location again, I’m going to do my hardest to make sure my office mates don’t either. There are other sandwich places that deliver for far less than $2 per sub.
