Fresh, Delicious, and Perfectly Made!
I’m at Jimmy John’s right now, and I have to say, their tuna sandwich is absolutely amazing! I had it earlier today, loved it so much, and brought my son back to try it. He’s enjoying it just as much as I did.
The sandwich is so fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The flavors are spot on, and the service is excellent. Thank you, Jimmy John’s, for such a great experience!

I place an online order and got the opposite what I wanted. You guys really need to learn to read the orders especially if they’re being ordered from the official website. I put “no provolone” what do I get? A sandwich full of cheese and now I’m spending the rest of the day in the bathroom. Yall couldn’t even put tomatoes on my sandwich. I literally have lettuce bread and meat.

Update – I provided this same feedback to the Jimmy John website as requested in the response. I will provide an update when someone contacts or in one week, which ever is sooner. My guess is no one responds because I can see I’m not the first bad with the generic response and still no improvement.

Service was quick and establishment was clean. However I will not come back to this place. We got turkey subs. The bread was very hard and not freshly made. There was maybe two pieces of turkey on the subs. What a waste of money. Take a look at the pics. What a scam. I’d say this is a prime example of false advertising!

Stopped in here for the first time today and was disappointed with my experience. There were only two employees working, and neither seemed enthusiastic or welcoming—no hello or acknowledgment when I walked in. While waiting at the register, I noticed a large serrated knife within easy reach of children, which was concerning.
What really put me off was the lack of proper hygiene. The employee making my sub did not wash their hands or change gloves after handling the register, then went straight to preparing food. Using the same gloves that touched money and the register to make my sandwich was definitely off-putting.
To top it off, the sandwich itself was underwhelming—tasted like something I could have made myself at home, nothing special. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable, and I likely won’t be returning.

I placed an online order for two subs. I walked into the shop to pick up my order where both workers ignored my presence without saying a single word. I stood for a few minutes waiting until I saw the pickup shelf then grabbed my food and left. I did not tip if the workers are apathetic without a simple greeting.
