Terrible place to get tacos. I ordered a taco and a burrito. My burrito was basically a fried and rolled tortilla with 1 whole bean in it. My taco was basically just a tortilla with lettuce. I never found the meat. They got annoyed when I asked for a cup of jalapeños. I dont recommend. I would recommend going to taco bell and ordering a freeze from a freeze machine thats broken. It would be a better experience.

Don’t eat here , unless you want your food in plastic containers that are warmed up in microwave. Taking food back from customers, who had wrong order. Only to give it to the correct person. Remake the food!!! You don’t know what ppl done to it

We normally eat at the Jimboys in Vacaville but stopped here on the way home..whelp, really disappointed. Taco’s weren’t great, didn’t have shrimp Tacos, very disappointed overall.

I arrived at Jimboy’s at 6:00 p.m. The atmosphere was calm, and the restaurant was clean. I was the only customer dining in. After placing my order, I requested to use the restroom. The employee was courteous and helpful, opening the door for me. The restroom had bright yet comfortable lighting. The floor was clean, and the trash receptacles were not overflowing. The presence of a mirror warrants special commendation; the soap dispenser functioned correctly and was adequately stocked, and paper towels were readily available. Upon returning, I found my meal—a chicken taco salad and large drink—ready for pickup. The salad’s presentation was excellent, with refried beans forming the base layer, plenty of bite-sized chicken, pico de gallo, lettuce, tomato, green onion, olives, and a dollop of sour cream. Everything looked and smelled fresh, and tasted authentic. The taco salad bowl was fried and lightly salted, perfectly crunchy and satisfying. The service was great, the food was delicious – I’d definitely go back and tell everyone I know!

The food is on par for jimboys but this location can definitely be difficult to deal with. Online orders help slightly but not by much. Its difficult to order from the drive thru, not sure if its a speaker issue. Depending on the time of the evening, which varies(?) the doors get locked with no signage on the doors or hours posted so sometimes drive thru is the only pick up option. Sometimes I just want a quick burrito but with this location that could be a small gamble

Price for a small cup of “award winning” chili, less than 8 ounces, was $5.25 plus $0.65 for a teaspoon of American cheese plus $0.65 for a teaspoon Monterey Cheese plus $0.75 for a teaspoon of sour cream, with tax $7.94. It tasted great but not $8 great. I know minimum wage and employee costs are up but this is extremely unreasonable.
