Only made sense to get my favorite chicken wings right before a Saturday night ghost hunt ! And Big Kahuna’s Wings was right across the street from the place that we’re ghost hunting! How convenient!

The staff is typically friendly enough but the wait is often long as there isn’t a lot of seating at this location. In the times we’ve waited as well as when we’ve ordered takeout, one observation is that typically the person(s) that are supposed to great those that order take out, are often busy chatting with restaurant patrons and others rather than being attentive to those waiting for their takeout orders.
The food quality seems to be slipping. We’ve eaten at this location many times and while we can say that the sandwiches are decent, the boneless wings (Which we’ve ordered many times) are subpar at best.
We’ve continued to apparently mistakenly give the wings a try and they get worse and worse as they are very overcooked time and time again. The last time we visited, both orders of boneless wings were super dry and rubbery. No amount of sauce can fix that.
It was very unpleasant and our guest that we invited to dine with us and we purchased their meal, experienced the same low quality wings. It wasn’t a good first impression. If we come back, we won’t be ordering these ever again.
Hoping the staff will make efforts to provide better quality food. We’ll invest our discretionary money elsewhere when we want to enjoy an evening out.

I’ve been here a few times now.
I have learned to ask for my wings “extra-crispy” to suit my taste, and they have a sticker to denote it for the cooks… which is fantastic and surely helpful, as the wings aren’t tossed in sauce before they come to your table!
The jalapeño appetizer is great, and the fried pickle appetizer is truly the best version of a fried pickle that I’ve ever eaten.
My favorite sauces (of 15 or so I’ve tried) are their Original, Spicy Garlic, and Jalapeño Ranch.
This location also gets quite crowded at peak hours – which is understandable, given its size and location.
The only reason I don’t eat here more often is the price-to-food ratio (which again, may be a function of their size and location).

Always great service! Lauren and Kat are the best bartenders around! Never go wrong with the wings and season fries! Greta place if you are solo or bring the family! Wide menu to cater to all preferences!

Second trip, first was bar none the best service I have ever had. Even stood up to our service at Firebirds. Food was a 5 out of 5 for a party of two. This time service was a 4 of 5. Food was a 5 of 5 again, but really missed how last time they mentioned the bartenders name and the other staff, knowledge of the menu, it was our first time, this our second. Loren was the bomb, Lizzy was really good. Be sure to tip for great service, excited happy servers promote and deliver better. to see my first visit review and photos of the food look further down here in reviews. This is my first here. I stop this wonderful place because i always seen and it looked nice. The most wonderful hostesses Lauren help me with my order . She is great on explaining on the wings and the heat works on the Wings. She even help me with my food Allergies so i could something nice. You guys need to gave her cookie for a great job. Got home and the food is great. Everything is correct . The spicy wings and naked wings was wonderful done. The hamburger was very juicy. The bun made it even better. Sorry i ate the burger before the pictures was taken. We will be back sometime.

First time here, and let me tell you the staff was tied with firebirds for best in Tn so far. Personality, knowledge of the food, courteous, and then some. They shared, making sure we were tended to and acknowledging the bartender as well as each other. Former owners of a pub saying A plus plus. Did traditional a with two sauces and a flight to try more flavors. And the chips, all great. Clean bathrooms, and there is outside seating if you want. We will be back to try it all, huge menu!

This was a 10 boneless and regular wing combo. I ended up feeling pretty disappointed with the sizes, especially the sizes of the boneless wings, which looked to be about the size of a large tater tot. The location itself looks clean, inviting, and the front door girl was super sweet. The Food itself isn’t terrible, but this was nearly $17 for takeout, no sides, no drinks. I am a petite girl, but I ended up leaving feeling hungry and sour. I had searched for a nearby wing place to help satisfy my cravings and ended up driving out of my way just to try this place, and ended up paying restaurant pricing for fast food quality food. (My wait was also about 15 minutes for a To Go order, so it isn’t fast food timing either) If the food were better, or if the prices were cheaper, I would rate much higher, because these were the only things that I found trouble grappling with. I also did not care for the .50 per extra sauce charge. I tried Mango and the honey sauce, and don’t recommend either.
If money isn’t an issue for you, go for this place. The ambience is great. If it is, I’d try something that won’t make you feel the way I did after I had my meal …

Where do I even begin? This place was great. The ambiance was very homey but with a restaurant. Bartender was very personable and knew most of her guests who walked through the door during my time there. My wings tasted amazing along with the fries I got. Only thing I wish they did was toss the wings in those amazing sauces they offer.
