I have a soft spot for small, family-owned restaurants. They feel much cozier than large chain restaurants that lack soul. I really loved this place. We were served immediately. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. You could feel the love for the small details that create a sense of warmth and comfort. The pizza was incredibly fresh and delicious, with thin, aromatic dough, and just the right amount of cheese and sauce—not too much, not too little. The staff make the dough by hand, and we saw them doing it with our own eyes. I’m happy to give it five stars and hope to return to this wonderful pizzeria someday. ❤️

12/18/25 – To respond back to Jim and Nena’s comment on my review. I did NOT order from Grub Hub or Door Dash as I do not use those services. I ordered directly through Jim & Nena’s. ! but thank you.
Love this place! However, these last two times I have ordered were extremely disappointing. I let it slide the first time figured the driver had lots of deliveries food wasn’t warm. Made a $93 order! Fries were cold and soggy, my toddler wouldn’t eat them. Pizzas were cold and getting hard. Boat and Cheeseburger sub were barely even toasted. I tried giving them another shot. Spent good money for food to only arrive cold, hard and over-all unsatisfied with my order. Might have to start looking elsewhere for a sub place. This place has never failed me. We were seriously obsessed with Jim & Nena’s but this type of food just isn’t worth it if it’s going to continue to be this way.

Everything was great. My daughter and I were next door washing clothes and she decided to get pizza. Service was really good, she loved watching the pizza making progress lol and the pizza was delicious. The guys were really nice too, definitely recommend.

I’ve never had pizza in my life, that has tasted this good and I’m in my 50’s lol We always pick up our pizza and the staff is always pleasant and on time with our order. I gave the atmosphere a score of two, because the restaurant is really small and crowded, but always packed, which is good !

Nearly every Jim & Nina’s has good pizza but this one is the best. The crust is very unique, has tiny crispy bubbles and amazing flavor. Sauce is on point. Best part is this place has several people that can make a perfect pie so the consistency is unmatched.

I cannot even begin to express how grateful we are for the kindness and exceptional service provided by Jim & Nena’s. After a failed delivery with GrubHub it was much needed!! They were patient with GrubHub and my husband as all 3 worked together in rectifying the situation (which was no fault of the restaurant). They not only offered to deliver our order themselves (so we could stop dealing with GrubHub), but also gave us an additional pizza!! Ps. The bacon cheese fries were LOADED in cheese & bacon & they were absolutely delicious.

I haven’t been here in a long time, moved to a different part of town. However, I remember the food here used to be top tier. This visit, not so much. We dined in, got the lunch sub special- sm. cheesesteak with sm fries, drink and 2 chicken tenders with fries. The cheesesteak tasted good but was very skimpy on the meat, 1 thin minute steak with nothing but bread on the ends. The fries were cold & undercooked. Tenders were good, very thin & small for $9. The ppl working either ignored me (boys cooking) or just looked at me like I was crazy (girl at the counter), no greeting, hello, nothing. There was no hospitality at all.

Ordered off GrubHub but they messed up bad never sent a driver waited till almost 10:30 for my food. If it wasn’t for one of their incredible employees (wish I got his name, drives a Camry with a nice exhaust ) I would have never gotten it. Food would have been incredible if we got it fresh but obviously not their fault. Thank you again to the guy tht dropped off my food!!

Ordered a California Cheesesteak for lunch today. Best I have had in quite a while! I order with extra fried onions everywhere I go. This is one of the few places that actually put them on. Cheesesteak was awesome and staff was very friendly. Will go again.
