Im sorry, but we had a takeout order (lasagna dinner, loaded steak sub and onion rings) and being 100% honest, it was the worst food ever. The sub looked like it was cooked 2 days ago, the onion rings were cold and the lasagna looked like it was scraps of leftovers from other people’s plates (not actual lasagna layers but slop). No photos of the sub as it thrown out after 1 bite.

We got a bunch of pizzas to go and to be fair it was a Friday night and they were very busy . Everyone was very pleasant and great to deal with and they had our pizzas ready for us when we got there. Most were delicious and people were quite happy. I ordered a Big Pat and it came without double dough, without thousand Island dressing, only three tiny pieces of Hamburg. It was literally a pizza shell with ketchup , american cheese , pickles and they covered the whole thing in iceberg lettuce . I’ve had this same pizza at other Pats and it was delicious . This was not . I am not going to say that it was their pizza but I was very sick the next morning and I was the only one that ate the big Pats. Maybe my system just didn’t like it . I guess not all Pats pizzas are playing on the same level.

Ordered two pizzas, one one topping party pizza and a 14” big pat pizza. My girlfriend picked it up and it was 68$ I had looked online at the menu, and expected to pay 45-50$ when i called the owner he was obviously foreign and didnt speak fluent english. He was rude and hung up on me when I asked about the pricing. The food when arrived was very poorly done. The party pizza was almost burnt with no toppings even though it was a 4$ upgrade for a topping. The dough was so thin it almost was nt there. This owner is a cheapskate, using minimal ingredients and massive upcharging. Small town word of mouth will get around. I will never go here again. Be ware! Please eat anywhere else. Great local food in town.

food is fine, kinda unorganized and staff didn’t really pay much attention to us until we asked about our pick up order. place was also covered in trump posters, pictures, merchandise, signs, and calendars and it didn’t feel welcoming to any other beliefs, my family and i personally didn’t enjoy that.

Wasn’t good and bad service was told theres no buffalo wings just boneless so i said ok and asked for blue cheese and got just small boneless chicken tenders and it was same price $11.. Why would i ask for blue cheese with regular boneless chicken plus it was undercooked. Upon calling back she told me chicken that day was spoiled, thats why no Buffalo wings. However, why serve any at all? DOH needs to pay them a visit. Didn’t get any better on the phone kept saying that she said no bone in, when i said Buffalo sauce is ok it is a sauce nothing to do with bones in or out! Lol, and i now know that wasnt fresh! Will never return! Overpriced and overrated pay attention folks! ME has plenty of good food this place isnt 1 of them. P.S. the food was cold, hope the new owner’s turn this place around

First and last time ordering here. We ordered a mushroom pizza, half pepperoni/half sausage. I repeated the order 3 times. The pizza we picked up and brought home wasn’t what we ordered. When I tried calling they didn’t even answer the phone.

Disappointed. Was treated terribly tonight as if I was trying to cheat them. I ordered my food and was ASKED by their staff if I wanted the free breadsticks. Who say NO? When I got there I was reprimanded that my order didn’t qualify…. then “Is that OK?”. What did they expect to do, reorder and wait 30 min just to get the Free Breadsticks they offered me. I didn’t ask for them and I certainly don’t know the details of their special. They screwed and then treated me like a cheat.
Customer Service has still NOT returned to Pre-Covid levels. Sad.
