I wanted to leave a five-star review, but three stars is probably too generous. The only reason I’m not leaving a one-star review is because we had a previous experience here that was amazing, total opposite of tonight.

The first time we came to this location the burgers were fantastic and made just as we ordered them. Tonight, we bought three burgers, and they were soaked with such ridiculously excessive amounts of ketchup and mustard, that we ended up having to throw away the wet, soggy, greasy, disintigrating buns and toppings, and use our own bread for the patties.

I am so disappointed in tonight’s experience, which sucks because I was looking forward to eating here often, but (especially for this price) I don’t know if I will be back.

Service staff was welcoming and efficient.
Food was a great example of 5guys.
Burger buns weren’t soggy, contents were juicy. Fries were crispy and soft inside. Milkshake was bomb.
Order was ready faster than other locations and better.

This is the first time since I moved to Washington that five guys tasted correct. The burger was amazing and the fries were just the correct level of cooked. I spent years on the east coast and always had a great experience at my local restaurant this one met my expectations.

We really enjoy having the option of having 5 guys so close by as we used to go to the Northgate one, makes for an easy week night dinner. The staff here is wonderful and always welcoming. The food is good. The restaurant and bathroom is always clean. Due to personal preference, the only “complaint” I have is the volume of music. It’s a tiny space and there aren’t many patrons there, when I have been there, so the music volume seems loud and excessive.

As local burger lovers, we tried a 2nd time after the first visit came short of expectations, knowing new restaurants need to work out their kinks. Now, I don’t normally leave poor reviews, but the food was of poor quality.

Burgers: Meat is pressed on the grill, dried out, lack of flavor, sloppy assembly and soggy bun. Ketchup all over the side of the bun and wrapped poorly.

Fries: Undercooked. They smelled and tasted like blanched potatoes. Did not drain basket properly. Puddles of grease within the bag soaked thru onto clothing and all over the burgers.

I frequent the Northgate location as a Shoreline resident and was happy they put one closer. However the people that run this new location need training. Until then, we will not be back.

Just spotted this Five Guys—had no idea there was one over here. They were closed or I’d have eaten on the spot. Honestly, I’ll be shocked if it isn’t good. Five Guys is one of the few places where I’d be more surprised by a bad meal than a good one. The only other chain I can say that about is Chick-fil-A, and that’s high praise. If it somehow disappoints, I’ll come back and edit this. Only gripe: the hours—I wish they opened earlier and stayed open much later.

Worst cheeseburger ever. For $12+ it was a soggy bun with two patties and a square of tasteless yellow cheese. No lettuce, no tomato, no pickle, no condiments. Just a dry burger on a soggy bun. Go to Dick’s if you want a basic cheeseburger. You can get two of them and fries for the same price and they are good.

Its Five Guys! The staff was extremely friendly (they welcomed me the moment I walked in and thanked me for coming in as I was leaving), the burger is cooked to order, and the fries are overflowing. Excited to have this in the neighborhood!

This is the best Five Guys I’ve ever been to like, I’d trust these people with my life. Or at least my burger. They always get my order right, which is basically a miracle.

Paid $21 four HAIR in my burger (that they forgot to put my toppings on) amongst a few other things that weren’t that big of a deal… but the wrong order with a side of hair was too much with how much they’re charging for a cheeseburger I’m expecting a little more, especially on opening when I’m one of 3 customers. I was on my lunch from work So I didn’t have time to fix the problem once I realize what have happened. I have no idea how the customer service is, but I will not be eating there again.
