I chose this place at random because I wanted an actual hot dog that didn’t taste like it had been cooked in the microwave.
I was not disappointed. The staff was super friendly. I had never been there before so they helped me with the menu and the food was so good. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will definitely be going back

All staff was friendly and nice. Food did come out quick after ordering it. The hamburger was definitely better than the hotdogs. The chili and bun were good, but the dog itself was not. Just regular French fries and over cooked wing chips. Really good ranch dressing. Price is reasonable for what you get. The place is still worth a try.

The wife and I came here for lunch and it was very good and very affordable. I feel like most hot dog shops these days over charge for their food but Heidi’s was not only good quality but it was a good price as well. I got a fire dog and sizzle dog and the wife got a sizzle dog and kraut dog. All of them were very delicious. Will be back again!

If you are looking for fancy, or modern food, this is not it. We came here after hiking at table rock and I just wanted some local, cheap lunch. Well that’s what we got and it was perfect! You won’t find a cheaper meal. The place was completely packed and people kept coming in for to-go orders as well. We got the hot dogs with sauerkraut and it came with mustard and bread and butter relish. Also got a chili dog. Simple meat chili was perfect as it was not messy or too filling. Buns were soft as pillows and the hot dog was fresh. Coleslaw was simple and perfect. Home made chips were crispy and addictive. If you want a small town, nostalgic meal, this is it. Service was great and friendly staff!

I got my go-to menu item: the chow dog. Always so good!! And of course, I had to get their famous spuds. These are homemade chips that are cut into spirals then fried into crispy perfection. Highly addictive!!! Heidi’s provides a side of ranch dressing with these for dipping.
After lunch, be sure to stop by Moo’s Creamery next door for that something sweet.

Great food! And great service! The only thing i wish i knew before going was that they shut off the grill at 2:30 so after that you can’t get hamburgers or other grill item.

I asked for well done burger and it was still pink . The chilli had no flavor and the bun was supposed to be toasted and fell all to pieces after two bites . Had to take it home and redo the whole thing . Haven’t been there in awhile and will not go back .
