Homewood location in the evening around 6:30 on the weekend particularly Friday is awful!!!! Customer service was awful the lady didn’t even make eye contact with me, so I couldn’t tell who she was talking to!! She made smart remarks and was just rude!! I felt like my money wasn’t good enough so I left!!

I purchased “Carls Catfish Plate” last Friday in Alabaster, Alabama. Ths fish was not fully cooked and semi raw inside. The corn on the cob was horrible. The restaurant puts white barbeque sauce and red pepper on the corn. The made the corn tatste horrible and it was burnning our mouth. Did not like that you changed your corn on the cob recipe. Just prefer regular cotn on the cob.

Riverchase….since1997, best jnn. Forced to move to Cullman. Very sad jnn. Managers let a mentally unbalanced man named Frank, sit at the bar, disrupt it, and dog me personally. BUT then HE DOES give them gifts and 300 tips….yes they do brag about it. How awful for them to see a CUSTOMER named Mary come in…….my deafness must be a HORRible thing for them to endure… and ONLY 2.00 tip on 6.00. Those poor, poor managers and both lady bartenders. Thank you Cystal/Erica, for guiding me from where I wanted to sit, but instead to a table far from FRANK. Im only on disability and so sorry I CANT and NEVER would give a bartender gifts and hundreds of dollars for ANYTHING. YOU get paid straight salary…waitresses DONT. IM thinking NO tips for either of you….Yur getting a weeks salary from the FRANK. NICK Phikasis at Riverchase would run you allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll off…..NEVER would he let this happen in THE CITY. He would be closed down. YES I know him, and have a photo of him from older days, and I dont mean the SON.

Seriously, the call center doesnt even work on weekends… they get paid so much out of catering sales….when the company forces servers to do catering. Not only do we loose money, when we need to talk to corporate about a stolen card…they arent there. Not ok…
