Rosewood’s hidden gem! Super delicious food very authentic. The bubble tea was really tasty and the pearls were nice a chewy. Better than some actual bubble tea shops in my opinion. We ordered the Thai Milk Tea with pearls, Passion Fruit Tea with popping pearls. We are definitely coming back!

Decided to try some place new for pick up. read reviews and thought I’d give it a try! My order was done within less than 10 minutes. And they quoted me 40 minutes. The wonton are mushy and undercooked, the veggies look like they are molding and the soup overall doesn’t have much flavor. The spring rolls are dry and salty and not in a good way. The fish sauce doesn’t taste like fish sauce. I live across the city. Disappointed. Won’t be eating here again.

We placed an order here this week for pickup. We arrived home and found our ginger beef was missing from the stapled shut bag. After phoning, the gentlemen confirmed it was on our order and we paid for it. I asked him if they could deliver it to us since they missed putting it in the bag and he said no. He said we could come pick up the ginger beef. We packed back up and drove to Jia again to get the ginger beef and we’re very disappointed they didn’t throw in some spring rolls or an extra appy for our trouble nor did they offer a credit. Mistakes certainly happen but it’s how a business handles them that’s important – by making it right, especially when it inconveniences customers. We were very disappointed in this customer service and will not be ordering from here again.

Came here at 2:30 in the afternoon with a good friend and totally enjoyed this lovely restaurant. The service was excellent, the food sublime, the vegetables were very fresh and the atmosphere calm and relaxing. A wonderful place. I highly recommend it. Best vegetable vermicelli noodle bowl I’ve had in the city!

Had the beef noodle soup and sweet and sour pork. The broth could have more flavor to it but the bowl is huge and filling. The service is super amazing. The server guy is too nice and will always check what you need.

Can’t rate the food as after I seated myself and looked thru menu, clearly made eye contact with 2 staff. Neither came to take order, noticed table beside me was talking about the same thing. The table behind us had been lucky enough to have order taken but had been waiting for drinks for long time. I got frustrated and just left. Useless staff who dont care one bit about their jobs. Get out of customer service then!
