stopped by earlier today, service was pretty decent food was bland with little to no taste at all and greasy. I hear they are affiliated with Damen location which makes perfect sense because they were pretty mid too. Hope this helps!

I ordered a 3 piece mixed today 1/12/24 I get home the chicken thigh had a smell to it look like someone cut into it to see if it was cooked. I called back to complain a man told me he has cooked all day and hasn’t received any complaints, I told him I’m complaining about my food, he wanted me to go all the way back with the food and my ticket, I told him I’m home and not coming back I just has a complaint about the food, he tells me again he has cooked all day and no complaints, I told him he can’t tell me about everyone else. They are too expensive to be preparing food like what I received!

Was skeptical because of the negative reviews I read about the service and the food. But I must say I had a positive experience … Got the catfish lunch Special, it was firer … Didn’t know what I wanted Initially, the cashier was helpful didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was holding her time. She even verified with the cook if I was ordering the right fish and helped others while I thought about what I wanted. Her name was Evelyn, customer service skills go crazy. Very pleasant and attentive to customers. Which is rare these days ♀️. Best $10 I spent all week on some food … so good forgot to take a picture… Glad I came in to see for

This store has the worst cook named “LUIS”!!! I have been here multiple times, and this is the first time experiencing this. Luis was the manager/cook of the night shift on 06/02. My order had to be remade because of him 3 times. After the last time it was remade, I would have gotten a refund, but didn’t want to make a scene. He directed his employees to put the wrong sauce on my food, even though I witnessed the employee telling him that it was indeed the wrong sauce. He goes to state “Honey Bbq sauce, Mild sauce, same thing” which is completely wrong. He also stated that I never paid extra for sauce or lemon pepper on the side without even looking at any receipts. How would you know?On my receipt it clearly states everything he claim I never paid for. He is to blame for everything that happened in this situation and could offer me an apology. I paid 37.00 for 7 pieces of shrimp and also a catfish nugget/wing combo. Unfortunately it wasn’t how I asked for the food to be and can’t be serviced here because of the unprovoked attitude and carelessness for my spent money. Hopefully you read this Luis and think of how to improve your customer service to avoid losing more business You have definitely lost mines.
