I’ve ordered here many times and this is the second time that my sandwich was a very huge disappointment!
I requested extra, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, vinegar and olive oil, mayo and oregano!
My bread was burnt and tasted like wood smoke and smelled like it too. I got a little lettuce, a dab of mayo, barely taste the vinegar, no oil, regular tomatoes, little onion and no oregano. Yet when I looked at the receipt it was all on it but my sandwich wasn’t made to order. I ordered my sandwich online and I picked it up at 4:41pm.

Pretty sure they use day old bread. It was super stale an I couldn’t eat more than one bite. Then a subway employee brought a cardboard box full of bread loaves with no wrapper or bags just raw in the cardboard box. I’m never eating here again.
Poor parking lot and building is run down. Don’t waste your time or money.

I went there this morning and it was awful honestly. I ordered 4 sandwich’s and there was one lady working and this poor girl had to do all the work while another worker idk if it’s her boss or anything was just sitting in the back making her do all of it. There was so much hair in all our sandwiches as well super sucky:/ and the service from I’m assuming a manger was just awful she didn’t even talk to me or the other worker I could just tell she was pissed off and it’s like I’m paying her to make my sandwich’s and she has a problem with doing her job? It was all around a bad experience. We need better workers here!!

I was in there recently and ordered a spicy Italian. The employee treated it like an Italian bmt. With a spicy Italian it’s 10 pepperoni slices and 10 salami splices. An Italian bmt is 6 slices of each and add ham. I didn’t get the ham and paid for less meat. I used to work at subway and this is the only sandwich I order so yes I know the sandwich extremely well. It felt like the employee was new and by them self. A line was behind us so I didn’t want to correct them in person to have them remake the sandwich after I noticed.

Ordered from the app, it said the food was ready. When I got there they informed us they we’re out of pretty much all meats. So why do you have the phone if you can’t call your customers so they don’t waste their time coming in?
