I have to give her 5 stars! Her food is amazing! I’ve been supporting for going on 7 years! My child and I, love her food. The customer service could be a little better.. But once she starts seeing your face, she will look out! I will keep supporting! Great quality food!

I have visited this restaurant on many occasions & the food is usually pretty good with about a 15 minute wait. My LAST visit to this restaurant will absolutely be my last! The customer service is horrible! There were patrons walking behind the bar & in and out the kitchen. There was a group of guys smoking inside the restaurant. & the service was slow over all! After waiting an hour the chef emerged from the kitchen to tell me they were out of something I ordered. While she did attempt to accommodate, after an additional hour I received undercooked salmon, that was not stuffed as it was supposed to be and had a whole bushel of broccoli on top. I ordered three meals of those the best one I’d rate a 5/10. My boyfriend & I have been suffering from food poisoning all day due to the food we purchased from Jewellz.

went in once some months back and never returned. lack of customer service, rude customer service, and they had a “menu of the day” because they were out of products. The menu consisted of 3 meal options. Also, you have a business to run. Its so unprofessional for your staff to just be hanging out with your friends and ignoring the customers. Do better.

If I could give this restaurant no stars I would because their customer service is horrible. This establishment is no where near fine dining. We entered the restaurant and there was no other customers there but us. The owner was sitting close to the back and she did not even greet us or say I will be with you guys in a moment. After waiting a while, I asked her do we seat ourselves and she said yes. As we proceeded to seat ourselves my mother said oh this is a self service place and owner came up to our table with a nasty attitude and started saying a whole bunch of unprofessional stuff. Then she proceeded to say we are treating her like this because she is “black” we couldn’t believe that she said that out of her mouth. I started to tell her race don’t have anything to do with it your customer service is horrible. She started over talking me and yelling so it turned into and screaming match as we was leaving. I wouldn’t go here if it was FREE. She need to be ashamed herself.

Sure wish I would have read the reviews before I went. Omg customer service terrible and I hate when I try to support black businesses I always get let down.I ordered turkey ribs with yams and Mac. The yamms were tasteless and the Mac was black at the bottom. I will not be back! 30 bucks down the drain also while I waited for my food the employees were arguing back and forth
