Fantastic attention to detail! Personalized, hand-written card by the staff was such a nice touch. Incredible food, a seafood lover’s dream!! We had two scoops of the home-made butter pecan ice cream,and we can’t stop thinking about it! (Consider a coffee cocktail with an ice cream scoop float for the menu!) Heather provided fantastic service, and the decor was upscale yet comfortable. Exceptional spot for any occasion!

My fiancé and I went this past Saturday. We were greeted with “happy anniversary!” and a lovely card as well as some complementary champagne at the end of our meal. Heather was our server and was phenomenal! She helped make our anniversary so special. She coursed our meal perfectly. The mussels have to be one of the best dishes I’ve ever experienced. Every oyster we had was so fresh, briny, and delicious. We had an excellent main course of fish and chips as well. Everything from the service to the food is impeccable and we always have a wonderful dinner for our anniversary and we will keep the tradition going!

My sister and I ate here on my 70th birthday. We sat at the bar and were waited on by Ariana and Kelsey. They both were absolutely fabulous! They questioned us about our preferences and made suggestions that were perfect! The food, service and atmosphere were over the top!

My husband Tony and I had an absolutely flawless dinner at Jettie Rae’s Oyster House last night! From start to finish, everything was perfection. The restaurant is incredibly stylish and elevated, yet it maintains a warm, welcoming vibe that isn’t the least bit pretentious.
They clearly take immense pride in their craft, including at the bar; the staff took such time and care to prepare us impeccable cocktails, including a perfectly balanced Vieux Carré. Our server, Dan, was fantastic and made us feel right at home, but the real star of the show was the Octopus—it was truly unbelievable.
A wonderful highlight of our evening was when the chef personally came out to our table to chat with us. It’s that level of hospitality combined with incredible food that makes this, in my opinion, the best restaurant in Asheville. We can’t wait to come back!

Our server, Heather, is phenomenal. She is friendly, warm, and we always have the best experience with her! We had the duck and the rock shrimp spaghetti as well as the rainbow carrots and everything was prepared so well. Our food was delicious. We also love the rewards program and appreciate the fun touches the restaurant had for us on our anniversary. The dessert was the Chocolate Pot de Creme and I can’t get over how good it was!

We had an excellent dining experience from beginning to end at Jettie Rae’s. Food, service and the casual atmosphere were perfect. Dan, our server, expertly guided us through the menu with detailed descriptions of the preparation and ingredients of several menu items we asked about. It was our anniversary dinner and we were delighted with an appetizer of delicious oysters Bienville (like oysters Rockefeller, but with a fresh twist), and main courses of pan seared grouper on a bed of peas (which were more like black-eyed peas), peppers & olives and pan seared cobia (a delicious white fish) on labneh (creamy yogurt), golden beets and crunchy pea pods. We ended things with butter pecan ice cream topped with macerated peaches and shortbread crumbles. Perfection. A five star evening for us!
