I had the most amazing experience here its my first time coming here and Liz made it such a memorable experience. I asked for suggestions on wine and everything she suggested was amazing. She asked me what my allergies were and was super attentive. The steak was perfectly cooked and tender as well as the shrimp. Liz suggested the lobster mac and cheese and i’m glad i listened because it was delicious. The portions are worth it, i took some food home with me. After my meal I had their espresso to top it off. Definitely will be coming back often! Loved everything about this place.

I went for lunch with my mother, who requested wheelchair access seating and from the moment we arrived the greeters helped us with the access. They already knew the details about our reservation. Adriana, our waitress was remarkable. She made sure our dine experience was nothing but excellent. The other staff was also very attentive making sure our table was always clean, our food was warm and our glasses full.

I haven’t eaten here, but I was contemplating taking my wife here this weekend. After reading the reviews I noticed a pattern. Some of the 5 star reviews were replied to by the owner thanking them but none of the 1 star reviews were addressed. This just shows that the owners do not care about the people they had a bad experience they only care about the ones who tell them they are great. Maybe they should start paying attention to the people that say they didn’t enjoy their restaurant and they wouldn’t lost business. Just based on that alone I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. If chilis has the same rating as you then you need to do some soul searching.

We made a reservation for 7:30pm and went to the bar. At 8pm asked for our table and were told that due to an emergency we can only eat at the bar although other guests were given tables. After paying we asked for the manager. We gave him feedback on the service and he replied that there’s nothing he could’ve done, that we needed to have empathy with the employees and turned his back on us.
We have never experienced such a disrespectful manager. Unwilling to hear feedback and with such a condescending tone. He might have been drunk as he was drinking beer at the bar.
We are never stepping in a Ruth’s Chris ever again.

I went to celebrate my birthday with my family and we had an exceptional dining experience! Our server, Mario, was outstanding!! He explained the entire menu in detail and guided us through the food pairings perfectly. His knowledge truly elevated our experience and made us feel at home. The atmosphere was great, and the whole team was super friendly and attentive. We had a phenomenal time and we’re definitely coming back!

The place is pretty. Well decorated. The experience was not pretty. Food is overpriced the service was not great and for the price it should have been better. I even saw an employee from the kitchen go to the only one bathroom they have and after being in the toilet for nearly 20 minutes. Me waiting just left without washing his hands. Would not recommend and will never be coming back.

Made reservation, to no avail. There was no table reserved for us. Had to wait, about half an hour, in the same order as a walk in. Doesn’t make any sense!
To make matters worse, after all that wait, we were seated in the bar area!

The food was excellent and waiter Juan Carlos was very professional and efficient. We were a party of six and could hardly talk to one another without having to yell due to the loud music which forces the diners to yell therefore creating a vicious cycle.
I asked our waiter if the music could be lowered and he said neither he nor his manager had control over that.
I believe that such an upscale restaurant should have music as background so that diners can enjoy themselves and not have strained vocal cords and ringing in the ears afterwards.
The six diners in my party all felt the same and are not planning to return anytime soon.
