I use this location all the time but not anymore. I always order the meat lover pizza, it looks like they use an old pepperoni pizza and thrown a bunch of meat on top and reheated. There was a thin layer of cheese under the ingredients, that was it. When I grab on the pizza slice, the ingredients fall off the pizza because there were nothing holding it together. A real pizza should have cheese on top of the ingredients to hold everything together. Don’t get pizza from this location, either they are cheap or they don’t know how to make pizza.

Food was good, seasoning was a bit heavy (bordering sloppy) on the crust, but the pizza itself was good. The lady behind the counter was very nice. The walk in area should have been cleaner.

To the manager Quinten, I ordered delivery at 8:30pm on a Tuesday. I called at 1003pm after they closed to find out “he had to send employees home” but my food was coming out of the oven & would be on the way. I asked why wouldn’t you call customers to let them know or turn delivery off. He said he was the only one working. The delivery guy showed up & said quinten sent people home at 5pm.
The worst part is 3 of us took 1 bite of the pizza & got a tangy tast like the cheese was going bad. I’ve save the pizza to bring back to the store tomorrow for a full refund.
Absolutely unacceptable for the food quality and management not understanding dinner rush times.

Who is answering the phone up there . How do you answer the phone with hello and nothing else. I felt like I was talking to a toddler and my order has been wrong 3x . Make it make sense. I order the same pizza meat lovers no sausage Xtra cheese. How hard is that to get right. Get the toddler off the phone.

We ordered from here for Christmas Eve. I called the day before to confirm everything as well as the time. They showed up almost a half hour early and with the wrong salads. Food was cold when we went to eat at the time we requested the delivery. (When the guests would be arriving so we couldn’t eat earlier..) I sent two messages about this with no reply. Disappointed to say the least.

I ordered a pizza tonight with an estimated time of preparation at 5:08PM. We arrived to the store about 5 minutes before that and the pizza was ready.
As of now it is 5:35PM and we got home to eat, the pizza rips apart like the pizza you let sit out all night. No cheese pull, wasn’t hot, & dry. Hard to chew. The picture attached is an example of the pizza, you can see the age in how the piece just ripped from the other with no toppings melting off to the sides, etc.
Usually we have good experiences at this location but tonight was very different. We did call and get a credit for the pizza which is appreciated but this was very disappointing to say the least.

I don’t know the lady’s name, but she is very unprofessional. Very rude and unpleasant to deal with. Every time I deal with her she has a nasty attitude. She deserves to be fired. Wouldn’t sell me my pizzas for the price they gave me on the phone. She wanted more money from me so I took my business elsewhere.
