My sister and I after a long day of shopping decided to stop at dunkin to grab a quick meal. I ordered my usual drink which did not look how it normally does and the taste was off. My sister got her usual bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The bagel was stale and hard, very unpleasant. We were very disappointed as we go to Dunkin often and love it.

my husband went to get his coffee and this is the second time they have gotten the order entirely wrong. he ordered a large caramel iced coffee with cream and liquid sugar, they gave him a large iced coffee with only cream in it. i’m very disappointed.

wanted to stop for some donuts with my kids and after seeing the beach ready advertisement for the munchkins with the beach bucket I asked 4 different times and the girl in the headset could not comprehend their own “deal” then said they are not participating with that even though there’s a sign right outside but her attitude and lack of knowledge made me just drive away. My Mother ordered a coffee and donut and was owed .40 cents change. This is a good one, the girl working there told my Mother she would have to “owe” my Mother the .40 cents. She told my mom she had no change and after conversation broke open a roll of dimes and her the change.
