We ordered delivery of one large Pizza with 2 items, garlic bread, one order of chicken wings and a couple sauces, and it was $64 bucks, no way it was worth that it was good, but it was not that good. I definitely wouldn’t reorder, just due to that.

Not sure what happened to this place as their four and eight corner pizza use to have real thick crust, and now it is half that size. The crust is what the pizza so good. I think it is the workers not allowing the dough to rise long enough, and the quality went down. Every time it’s the same result. I will go to another location from now on.

This was my first time trying jets. They gave out the corner pizza for free with a coupon. I liked the pepperoni pizza the best. It seemed to have a different sauce compared to the cheese. Great crust too! This was a nice gesture for the community and a great way to get some extra business.

I regularly come here for the two slice lunch special. Today was a less than satisfactory experience. This new girl with zero sense of friendly service with a smile begrudgingly took my order, and then walked to the back of the store and I never saw her again. I was left in an empty store. 10 minutes later another employee came out and asked if I had an order for pick up and I told her the lunch special. She was more friendly. She then pulls an old pizza out of the warming box and fills the order. The pizza had to be an hour old pizza with zero crunch left, not hot at all. No offer to heat it up, no offer to wait for a fresh one. I didn’t finish the second slice because it was cold doughy and gross.

Was excited to order the large one topping deep dish that was on sale for 11.99.i ordered one cheese one pepperoni and one sausage. I added a order of wings with the sauce on the side.when I arrived they were preparing my order.they didn’t drizzle butter sauce around the edge and sprinkle cheese on them like they do in the advertisement. I thought may they already did it.but when we got home to eat .the wings were drenched in the sauce and the pizza had a bland flavor to it.i feel like for the 54 dollars I paid I got a sorry deal.pay attention and make it as advertised.

Worst location! Far hills so much better.. I’ve given them 3 chances, not 1 order has been right yet. And not just 1 thing is incorrect, it’s usually something with each item, I mean how?! Funny thing, the receipt with my order has been correct all 3 times, but food isn’t right. So clearly staff pays no attention to the actual order details.. it’s unfortunate because their food is $$! Springboro pk much closer to me, but will drive to far hills instead. Never had 1 issue with that location.

Order a pizza online. My card was charged but the website said their was an error. When I called the store to get help they said they didn’t have my order and that the pending charge would fall off my bank account. When I asked how I can order from them and not lose my money they said I could call tech support. When you screw someone one over as a company you generally fix it whether it was directly your fault or a malfunction in YOUR system. Would not recommend to anyone.
