Our group of 10 had a good time. Darts, pool, gambling machines, decent selection of beers on tap. Bartenders were friendly. Prices were fair. The margaritas somehow evolved into Tequila Screw Ups…we ordered 3: the first round was normal. The 2nd had a hint of orange in them. The third round was a screw up with tequila. We didn’t complain because they still tasted good. Lol

This is the only place in Spooner that has out of market football games. We came down to watch the Packer game and had several bloodies which were very tasty with a leines snit. Jerseys is also attached to the civic center so occasionally there are hockey games going on in the building.

Great selection on menu. We had a hard time deciding what to order. Food was delicious! Hope they hold on to this excellent chef! Service was excellent and the beer and drink selection extensive. They even brought us samples of one of their many frozen drinks. Atmosphere was warm and comfortable with many private booths. We plan on going back often.

Second time I have been there. Food was awesome – service was great – we have had burgers – 2 pizzas – sausage sandwich and Philly. All were awesome – only take away i have was bun was bigger than sausage – sausage and toppings were great just too much bun. Huge order of good fries.

Our server was outstanding, she have my wife some free beer samples so she could chose her ale. Our food was very good and Hank’s special sauce was a perfect for for a lot of items on the menu. Can’t wait to go back and try more wing flavors.

I was here for a fundraising event. The male bartender was extremely rude. He saw me multiple times but yet decided to serve the male who had just walked up to the bar instead of myself. I had been obviously waiting for 15 minutes cash in hand leaning against the bar. Once I finally got his attention he was beyond rude to me and suggested I get drinks at the fundraiser instead. He won’t have to worry about me or anyone else I know ever ordering a drink here again. This bar has closed down and reopened about 10 times in the last 15 years. I don’t think this one will make it a year with employees like this around!

Food was ok. I had a mushroom Swiss burger with fries. It was the first time I received a hamburger cooked medium as ordered. Price wasn’t terrible for what I got. Fries were not amazing, comparable to grocery store crinkle cut. Had 3 small families in (5,4 and people). At 3 separate tables on 3 separate tickets. We (5) got food first, and one of the 2 got food. After 10-15 min, no one else still had food. Upon asking, we were told the kitchen just didn’t cook all of it together. Being it wasn’t busy, there was no reason food shouldn’t have been out, but they said it would be quick. Maybe another 5 minutes and the last of the food came out. Everyone seemed pleased with the food quality, but was questioning why the food came out in the order it did. May go back.

I think I paid my last visit to Hank’s tonight. They had a pizza promotion going on, where if you order online, you get your first one-topping pizza for free. I ordered using the website as advertised, and ordered a pizza and pizza fries. I set a pickup time for 5:15 PM, and quickly got a confirmation email for my order. Now, I’d hate to nitpick about a free pizza, but what happened after I got walked in the door was what really baffled me.

We were at a bar down the street and people walked in and said they sat for 20 minutes and never had service, so we said he let’s go see. Before walking in the door 3 people walked out saying they never got waited on. We walked in and there were 2 tables and a few people at the bar and the employees were frazzled and not payimg attention. The cook came and took charge of The situation as we told him that yet another couple walked out due to being ignored. Your food is good, service sucks, which will be your down fall. I hope you decide to do something about the situation or you will not last.

Nice place, has a pool table and bartender Kevin was very nice and helpful, also the person who cooked our pizza and brought it out was very prompt and came back and checked on us and how we liked the pizza.
