9 out of 10 times ordering on the app our food is never ready in a timely manner. Tonight we put in a order at 5:15 to be picked up at 6:15. We got there at 6:15 bit didn’t go in until 6:20. It was not ready because they lost and then found our order once we complained. In the meantime people we walking in and doing a counter order and leaving before we got food. At 6:35 we finally got our food with an apology once I complained. Funny Alaska airline promises bag in carousel with in 15 of landing if bags are not there In a timely manner they will comp you (that is called customer service)
We have never offered a comp. I suggest management and employees read or watch a video on customer service like “Give Them The Pickle “.

Stopped by Jersey Mike’s for the first time today and was genuinely impressed. I had the #6 Roast Beef and Provolone on rosemary and Parmesan bread—and everything was fresh and flavorful.

The roast beef was sliced to order, which made a big difference, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. Great first experience, and I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve eaten from this location three times now. Ordered the same thing each time (a California club sub bowl with extra avocado).

The first time I ordered it on opening day, my bowl was filled with fresh, bright green mashed up avocado. It was so delicious.

The second and third times, however, were incredibly disappointing. The second time I called the restaurant after receiving my order because from a first glance, there wasn’t ANY avocado. Then after sifting through it, I found a very thin, very BROWN layer of avocado. Were they just trying to hide it?

The third time they put the very brown, not fresh at all avocado on top, and it also did not look like the *extra* serving I paid for.

I don’t know, man. Just a little disappointing from a brand new location.

Efficiently run. Clean restrooms.
Not a lot of indoor seating available, but seemed most were in a grab-n-go mood, so the 2 or 3 tables were enough for those who wanted to dine in.

The last four orders I’ve received have had the wrong items in the bag. Always the wrong chips or no chips at all.

I called to let the store know this so they could hopefully provide additional training to whomever is packaging the orders since DoorDash is notoriously awful about handling stuff like this.

The lead who said his name was Mike told me they are out of the chips i wanted so they just substituted. He said and I quote “the other three times were for whatever other reason”. I responded with “totally. But maybe you could talk to the team about this?” And he said “well the order is on the ticket so I’m not going to track them down and figure it out”

Kind of feels like that would be a shifts leads job right? To lead the team to doing things properly?

I asked for his managers name and number at this point to which he replied “I can’t give you that. It’s personal information”
“Can I have his name”
“It’s Aaron”
“And what’s his last name”
“Can’t tell you.”

I said “ok! Thank you so much and I hope you have a great day”

And he hung up on me.

This was absolutely insane. The complete lack of help, customer service or friendliness has ensured I will never return to this location.

Sorry Jersey mikes use to be my goto sub store. Not anymore. Last few subs were very lacking in taste, Checking other reviews it seems to be connected to the recent take over. Do better or you will be the subway of the ’20s

Ordered catering for a bday party. sauces were put on Sammy’s so they were very soggy. Didn’t see an option to have sauces on side but thought that was standard. Overall okay.

Restaurant was filthy, trash overflowing, trash on the floor under the tables, table tops with food residue and smears windows streaked, dusty, dirty. Staff seemed to have one gear, no hustle, customer engagement lacking. Two out of three orders made had errors in the ingredients.

Great service at this location. They stacked my sandwich so high and kept it neat and tight when they wrapped it. Got my turkey club mikes way. This store was very clean and organized, which is something I noticed right away the first time I came here. The staff was welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Keep up the good work everyone. I’ll for sure be back.

I order the same thing every time I go to a Jersey Mike’s. A turkey/provolone wrap, and then add everything except tomato. This was the best-tasting sandwich I have had yet. Very fresh and well distribution of so many things.

To top everything off, they were all extremely friendly and efficient at their jobs. One employee even explained the slicing machine to my 4-year-old and gave her a taste of the turkey he cut!
