I understand lunch rushes; but upon walking in to pickup my online order of 3 regular subs, which was scheduled to be ready by 10:46, I saw only one other customer waiting for a pickup. Nobody eating in store. No orders on the pickup rack.
They were sufficiently staffed; but it took another 35 full minutes past estimated pickup time to receive my order. (They forgot to make 1/3 subs and so the rest sat in a bag) after I was told when I initially arrived that they were working on my order.
I empathize with the service industry, been there done that, but this is ridiculous.

I loved this sandwich! Already took a bite before pics. Omg! Cost bout $22 but worth it. Not over powering with the cheese. There is so much meat in its ratio to bread. Yes, a very good sandwich ❤️❤️❤️

Always love going to this Jersey Mike’s location. Customer service is always amazing and the food is great all year round. During hot days I’ll get a cold sub sandwich, during the cooler months I’ll get one of their hot subs. This place usually has deals such as free delivery on certain days or double points for your order. If you get the app you can redeem those points for free subs. There truly isn’t another sub above. Kudos to the staff for always making me feel at home when I come in.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. When I walked in, I was not greeted or acknowledged at all. Instead, the staff ignored me for 5 to 7 minutes while they stood there arguing with each other.
When I finally received my order, the lack of professionalism got worse. As the employee handed me my food, he turned to his coworker and made a comment about “flipping off someone….” It created a hostile and uncomfortable environment. It is shocking that employees would behave this way in front of a paying customer. I will not be returning.

My kids and I stopped for a sandwich and customer service was awesome! Danyelle helped us with a smile and was patient as my 6 year old changed their mind a couple times. The food was fresh and flavorful.

I have to say that the staff was very efficient and very generous today kind friendly professional and getting the job done quick and I really am grateful for that I was in one time and there was a young man that just whined I showed up to really which seemed unprofessional and ridiculous I’m the customer LOL but that’s been a long time ago and it left a bad taste in my mouth and I didn’t want to go back but I’m glad I did. The food is good is clean it’s wholesome it’s healthy and you have a lot of options and the locations perfect if you’re working in that area or just passing through and what more can I say I would recommend trying it out Jersey Mike’s is good stuff.

Honestly where do I start? I haven’t ordered Jersey Mikes for a while, but i’m absolutely positive this is not the sandwiches we ordered. I ordered an italian sub and my husband got the turkey club sandwich and neither one came with ANYTHING but the bread, meat, and cheese… no toppings, no mayo, no vinegar, where’s the lettuce? your guess is as good as mine. the bread was hard as a rock and considering i paid $28 for bread, meat, and cheese, i was hoping that at least it would be good quality.. i could’ve just stayed home and used what i had in my fridge already to make a better sandwich (which we ended up adding everything to it from home anyway) I’m 100% certain my sandwich was supposed to come with more than two meats.. i’m pretty sure the turkey club is supposed to be more than just turkey and cheese as well so I was pretty pissed off to open the bag and find these, to say the least. I will never be ordering from this jersey mikes ever again and just to save myself the hassle and anger from now on i’ll be taking my money to jimmy johns.

Absolutely the best subs! Love the hot Chicken Big Kahuna and I always customize my order. My husband likes the hot Roast Beef and Provolone. Like most sub stores there are bread choices. We ordered through their APP. Very convenient for walk-in pick-ups.
