I have to say that the staff was very efficient and very generous today kind friendly professional and getting the job done quick and I really am grateful for that I was in one time and there was a young man that just whined I showed up to really which seemed unprofessional and ridiculous I’m the customer LOL but that’s been a long time ago and it left a bad taste in my mouth and I didn’t want to go back but I’m glad I did. The food is good is clean it’s wholesome it’s healthy and you have a lot of options and the locations perfect if you’re working in that area or just passing through and what more can I say I would recommend trying it out Jersey Mike’s is good stuff.

Absolutely the best subs! Love the hot Chicken Big Kahuna and I always customize my order. My husband likes the hot Roast Beef and Provolone. Like most sub stores there are bread choices. We ordered through their APP. Very convenient for walk-in pick-ups.

I went to Jersey Mike’s for my first time today. The staff was so amazingly nice and friendly. They made my sandwich like it was a work of art!! Probably the best sub I have ever had! The man was making subs, then cashed out a guest and proceeded to make our subs without changing his gloves. My wife was not happy, thus I’m not happy. We informed him of the issue and walked out hungry. Heading to Jimmy John’s subs and told them what happened to.

It seemed like everyone was dragging. Made me feel like they were tired or just didn’t want to be there. I spent almost 40 dollars there and the way out sandwich was made honestly we took one bite, we didn’t even take a second bite, it was soggy and sloppy We were very upset but there were some unfortunate human beings around that were happy to take them. I enjoy Jersey Mikes in my home state so I thought it was a good ideas to try it in Fife Washington. What a mistake! The customer service is horrible. The staff is bad mouthing the manager. I stood in front of the counter for over 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I understand being busy and short staffed. However, I don’t understand poor attitudes.

I was in and out quickly on a Wednesday afternoon, pickup on the run. They were clearly busy with in -house and online orders, but the whipped up my tuna sub in a jiffy.
