2nd time I have ordered through the app only to get home, open my food, and find its missing half of what I paid for. I paid for EXTRA PEPPORONI, EXTRA BACON, only to find 4 large pieces of pepperoni with damn near zero sauce and zero cheese. Open your order ON THE COUNTER to check its EXACTLY how you requested. I have learned my lesson about this location, do not order online or through the app bc you will get skimped. Employees are friendly but at the end of the day they are paid minimum wage and do not want to be there, constantly on their phone not paying attention to what’s in front of them.

Today is Tuesday dec 28 store should be opening at 6 am its now 6 am and the worker is just now arriving. Nothing prepped nothing ready to be made so store isn’t opening for another hour or more.
New workers don’t know what comes on basic sandwiches. They can’t hear you because they have their head phones on while taking orders.
Store is going down hill.

I’ve had mixed service from this establishment until today. Thirty minutes just to make a simple turkey foot long and the person working the drive through says they are busy (not one person in the restaurant) and gets an attitude with me because he got my drink order wrong. I do not think that the manager had a good ide on how to run an establishment as they are always slow and apologizing for new employees messing up.
