Sandwich was very good. Four guys (very polite and friendly) and the whole set up is not ready handle busy time. 14 tags of multiple orders hanging . Much longer wait time than a Subway or similar shop. Prep counters littered with food debris. Tables and floor cleary not serviced.

I am a vegetarian and relay enjoy the vegetarian sandwich. Not sure what a vegan could order, however. My wife likes the BLT, but we have tried getting the bread toasted 3 times without success. The sandwich artisan put the bread on the range, but it doesn’t toast. We have finally decided to give up on trying to today the bread.

it always takes SO LONG to get a sandwich here. the food is good but the customer service is just awful every time. their system is terrible. no communication. no pickup counter if you have an online order, so there’s no point of ordering ahead of time. yesterday i ordered a sandwich with no lettuce. they put lettuce and then attempted to just scrape it off. too lazy to remake orders if there’s a mistake. and it’s like this every time. super disappointing.

I’ve always been a lover of subway. I’m 60 yrs old and finally walked into a Jersey Mike’s and I can’t believe how amazing it was. The bread alone is great and is like a fresh baked NY hoggie roll. The service was friendly and professional, and the turkey provolone was the best that I have ever had. Looks like they have another customer for life.

This place almost never makes the club sandwich right!! They ALWAYS forget the bacon!! I’m so sick of it! The sandwich is terrible without it!! The Italian, they forgot so many things. Their communication and listening skills are lacking, maybe because the music is so loud all the time. I watched them mess up on someone’s order, and they didn’t offer to fix it they just stared at the person until he said he would just take it. Also, their bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked as if the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. If I had washed my hands before ordering, I would’ve walked out. I can only imagine what else hasn’t been cleaned recently.
