I recently visited this restaurant and had a mixed experience. I ordered a Bacon avocado giant and the ranch dressing tasted a bit strange. When I called the manager, she didn’t seem interested in correcting the issue, but she did check the dressings’ expiration dates. She also mentioned that there’s a possibility that they served expired or old food.
On the positive side, I ordered a regular sub that came out perfectly. However, after hearing about the possibility of serving expired food, I was disappointed. The person who made my sub seemed clueless when I asked for recommendations.
Given the price of $50, I expected the food to be up to par. If a customer had called in about a giant sub that was off, I would have expected the restaurant to correct the issue. This once highly recommended restaurant with great service and food has changed, and I’m seriously considering trying another cold cut place.

I really like this location—everyone here is consistently quick, friendly, and on top of things. It’s also in a convenient strip mall with plenty of other shops, so we usually run our errands and then end up at Jersey Mike’s as a little treat afterward. I almost always order my go-to (#7), but I decided to try the BLT the other day, and it ended up being amazing. I might have a new favorite now!

Not sure what the negative reviews are about. My experience was exceptional. It was opening on a Sunday and football season just started. Not just opening season, but a home game , and against the 49’ers. Needless to say they are going to be busy! I was amazed at all the prep work the staff did. The manager is a delightful young man named Mark, who informed me he’s been there for hours to get the food ready. You can see by the pile of bacon that he did ALOT of prep work. The tomatoes were equally high and everything was very clean. These are the things people don’t see behind the scenes.
My order was for 10:15 am, and I arrived early at 10:08, a little after opening. He apologized for it not being ready. Huh?? But I was early?? Never had someone apologize for doing their work. But again, super polite. Acknowledges I’m important as a customer.
Mark was in the middle of making one of my orders while his coworker Katie was just a diligent with my other order. They were friendly, cared about my orders, and was taking care of the store with all the numerous orders coming in. They made me feel welcomed and made one hell of a sandwich!! When I got home we were really happy with our order. The care that was put into it was great! Good presentation, good taste, but even better was the staff! The owners of this location would be wise to keep that young man as the manager.

Chipotle chicken sandwich reg size was around 11$ and kahuna chicken sandwich same price . Price is little expensive if you compare with subway or something similar. But sandwich taste is better . Their regular size is about 8 inch . For an 8 inch it would cost 11$ . Giant is 16 inches and around 20 . This place is very clean and service is nice . Parking is available right infront

I haven’t been to many other JM’s and this location is pretty close to my house, so I’m not often venturing outside if this one. I also always order in person and never through any delivery apps, and have always had exceptional customer service and a delicious sandwich.
The restaurant is really clean and from what I can see standing behind the glass, the prep area looks really clean as well. I always order the turkey provolone, mikes way, light oil and vinegar, and extra extra pickles. Every single time my order is followed to a T and the employee making the sandwich asks me “how does this look?” before cutting in half and bagging the sandwich up.
This location is in a strip type mall, so parking is usually always super easy. To reiterate, I think this location is doing a great job and have always left really satisfied.

Have stopped in here several times and have generally always been pleased with my experience and food. The staff are friendly and helpful. And it is clear they put the subs together with care. They also have a generous loyalty program, so make sure you check that out and sign up.
Personal note: I generally ask for no lettuce or light lettuce because they usually put too much on for my preference, but ymmv. Still fresh and tasty either way!

This location is always out of wheat bread, and always underportions meat sizes. Does not know how to make soft cookies either.Very hard and burned. Will replace bread with white even though menu shows wheat available. I’ve spoken to management numerous times and no one cares. So i don’t care to come to this location anymore. Would recommend Mukilteo or 196th location over this poorly managed JM. Used to come here for years not anymore. Jersey Mikes is great just not this one.

Worst experience at this location! I ordered a chipotle chicken hot sub to go but instead I received a Mike’s famous beef steak philly sub, I called the location from my home and the person over the phone apologized and agreed to refund the money back however when I checked my bank statement I received no refund at all, so they lied to me, very pathetic and irresponsible, I will never buy at Jersey’s Mikes again.

I would highly recommend getting the Famous Philly Cheese Steak. It’s easily the best thing on their menu and it always tastes very good. The people there are also friendly and get your order out pretty fast, so it’s a good place to go for a quick stop in to eat/go.
